  1. Not a problem .... even more tractor racing during the Scunthorpe match, couple of extra time for 2 rides, bit longer interval to redo the track then Plymouth match hits the 10pm curfew after heat 10. Result stands and Ollie sits around all night but only gets 2 rides!! Simples!!
  2. And if you do and are caught, try telling the magistrates that you had just recieved some bad news, see if they say 'OK thats understandable then, off you go and dont do it again'
  3. Think they were, did'nt he live in a caravan behind the Kings lynn pits when he first came over?
  4. I agree that this has taken far too long to be sorted, however I can only assume that the Poole management believed that Darcy would get away with no ban (cant see why myself) as they obviously felt no replacement would be needed. It just goes to show how high their opinion of themselves really is!!! It was plain stupid not to plan a replacement and 'what goes around....'
  5. I remember going to the opening meeting at The Groveway, I sincerely hope that I get the opportunity to attend the opening meeting of this new track next year. Good luck to all involved
  6. Really enjoyed the meetings last night, thought the track held up well. Always good to see racing on a track with more than one racing line, at times you didnt know if the outside was going to overcome the inside. As no Polish riders this year, nice that Lasse is taking up the fence bouncing line!!!
  7. With Hall and Dilger looking as poor as they did last week its going to take a big improvment from them and Ales being in the mood to give Panthers a chance. Even with R/R I think an away win is more than likely, unfortunately spelling the end of Panthers dimishing play off hopes.
  8. Forgot about that one, I guess consistancy from refs is what we all ask and she delivers
  9. I think they said it was a back injury, sure I saw him standing, chatting to his family towards the end of the evening, if it was him presumably its nothing too serious
  10. On a ref note. Heat 15 bend 1 Bjerre on the inside of Worrall pushes him wide and Worral slides off - no red light comes on until the riders are on bend 4 with Worrall still laying on the track. Barbara Horley's decision is all 4 back even though she never stopped the race until later in the lap. Re-run: Worrall on the inside of Ostergaard pushes him even wider and Ostergaard hits the fence but somehow holds onto his bike although has to wobble off the track. The race is allowed to continue My question is: Has the 'unsatisfactory start rule been changed so inclued the fact that a rider has to fall?' because I couldnt see any difference in either start appart from a rider hitting the deck
  11. Pleased for Nicki, on the pace for the first time in a long while and battled for every point. GP's much better with an in form NP!!
  12. My second rain off of the weekend!! Sheffield Thursday, Buxton today, the two days in between were perfect for the wife's sightseeing and shopping!! I love british weather!!!!!!!!
  13. Likewise, having a long weekend in Buxton, aim to take tonights meeting in together with Buxton on Sunday, everything firmly crossed weatherwise!!!
  14. Signing riders who have'nt ridden for a while is always a risk and can only see Panthers being much weaker now
  15. Which will mean nothing if decent replacements are'nt found
  16. He did, at Peterborough, apart from being kicked out of the meeting I cant remember if any follow up ban was implimented
  17. Should be a great meeting, planning to see this one
  18. I would also like to see him back in the GP's as he is without doubt on of the top 15 riders in the world, but I think he should have to show that he wants to be in the series by trying to qualify and not just be given a ticket back. If he had entered the qualifiers there is a better than even chance he would have qualified and the question would be irrelevant
  19. I can only see a massive home win against a select side, this is an unbelievable series of injuries for The Panthers!!!!
  20. So Panthers go to Scunthorpe on Friday with Ales and 2 reserves of their own !!!!!! Talk about 'it never rains.....'
  21. I thought it was an entertaining meeting despite the electrical hold-ups, these were unfortunate. however I was prepared for a meeting of that many races and a break for track prep to take up to 4 hours, which was about right. Congratulations to The Rebels who deserved to win, bit of a shout out to Scunthorpe who I thought rode surprisingly well.
