It was you who mentioned 3 meetings, I just said I thought 10 was too many under the league as it is. As it happens I wouldn't replace Hans anyway, finding a number 1 is far more important, I wouldn't worry about the rest until that is sorted.

And if you were TM nobody would be paying to watch after 3 meetings so you would be stuck with what you had anyway.

Not enough to give everyone a head start, already without a number one so absolutely cannot carry a rider.

I have to say its been a few years since I have been looking forward to watching a Panthers team take to the Showground track as much as I am this one. Win lose or draw I think the entertainment value of this group will not be bettered anywhere

Which is how it is with many sports teams I imagine manager finds riders willing to sign, goes to owner and puts it to him along the lines of ... these 7 riders are all ok to sign, we have arranged x amount of local sponsorship leaving a wage bill of y amount. Owner agrees if y is within budget. Rather than owner says to manager .. here's your riders go manage them

I think its more of - starts well but as the season goes on not much is invested in equipment and struggles then on the flymo's!!

I think the first morning will be like a market with promoters, who are trying to sell their clubs, all standing behind suitcases having donned sheepskin coats and cloth caps shouting at the passing punters in broad cockney accents .... 'I'm not asking 20,000 I'm not even asking 10,000' etc etc!!

My Tv viewing is now GP's, SoN and polish league ... Never used to miss British speedway up to the last 2 seasons.
