Thought I read somewhere that Extance has given up due to injury ??

Thanks Moxey...I will. I have similar tales of the halcyon days of other sports, many of them I watched and remember fondly if at times with rose tinted glasses.

Watching speedway at National League level is like watching any other sport at grass-root level. I don't go there for comfort / first class production but to watch honest guys performing at their highest level, on top of that I am maybe seeing the beginning of a starling career in the sport. I don't have the large number of years watching as many of the contributors on here have, and I don't have the memories of the halcyon days (apart from watching World of Sport) but I from one am happy to pay my hard earned cash to watch.

Looking forward to my first visit to Eastbourne this year to watch Adam Extance .....will be much easier to watch some of the away matches ... Never made my decision to go to any sporting event on whether or not I can obtain a programme or not..

Is Extance fit to ride next season, if so might he be back at Buxton ? and what average would he be on

It looks to me that Buxton are a team that many have a lot of time for, the same can not be said for Jason Pipe. My experience of managers (sport and working life) is that when they start openly blaming their own team members then they have nothing else to offer that team. Yes, "behind closed doors" you can do so, of course.. but not in press releases.....and its not just this season either.

Buxton stepping into the vacant spot is a bit of a joke. Last few matches they have had either one or two guests and R/R....so I guess the team will be One Buxton rider, 2 guests and R/R

Carr should be a good signing after getting back last season

I see a link between the Warriors and Adam Extance , will he end up riding for them at some point this season ?
