I know people have suggested having a rule where a minimum amount of Brits must be in each team, but it cannot be done due to certain discrimination laws? How about a 'Home Grown' rule like with the Premier League in Football? Where someone is considered 'home grown' if they were signed to a club for 36 months before there 21st birthday. Could a similar rule help Brits in the Elite League?
