  4. What about Bridger, he is only a phone call away!
  5. Would loved Bridger to join Poole. I feel thers hell of a lot more to come from him & he loves Poole!!!
  6. What a strong looking team you have, i think young lambert will be the one to watch this year, such a talent
  7. The point that I am making his previous charges are water under the bridge, there is no point in raking up the past. I am not sure what ever the outcome of the breathe test wether he will re-affend in some way or another. Its plain and simple he obviously needs help, but lets just hope and pray that he can sort his life out and do what hes best at entertaining us on a speedway bike. He is an amzing talent and it would be sad if all this went to waste.
  8. Middleditch clueless my be in legal terms but not as taking Poole to elite league champions! and this is coming from not a Poole supporter! Holder you are now putting under fire! whos next!!!!!!!!
  9. I wish you would use a little more decorum I find your post disgraceful
  10. What can you tell us!!! This is doing my head in!!!
  11. It seems that all Ward's problems stems from when he joined Poole, when he burst on the scene at Kings Lynn at tender 16 year old I don't ever recall there being a problem. So maybe Buster Chapman should be credited for that! Thats why I am so pleased that young Rob Lambert is under Rob Lyons and Chapman, he could not be at a better place.
  12. Highest ever bl average? don't ask me why but I have got in my head that Michanek had the highest average in 1973, but I may be wrong.
  13. Please read my post correctly I stated that Ward HOPEFULLY will have learnt his lesson!!
  14. Lets hope by this time next week it will all be sorted out and Ward hopefully will have learnt his lesson and back riding again entertaining us supporters on the terraces up and down the country

Audenshaw Barnsley Blackpool Bolton Brighton Burnley Earls Barton Edinburgh (Marine Gardens) Felton Gasgow (Carntyne) Halifax (Thrum Hall) Luton Manchester White City Newcastle (Gosforth) Nottingha, (White City) Preston Rotheryam Warrington Whitley Bay Wombwell York
  16. My father was at that meeting, i have the programme
  17. Yes and what a wonderful site it is, he has already got several of my programmes on his site.
  18. This is a hard one but in my era I would have to say Mauger for his professionalism and made it look oh so easy and could ride any type of track. But my favorite I would have to say was Olsen from the early seventies he was breath taking at times and for such a tall guy he was so stylist.
  19. I personally miss Sid I think he is very knowledgeable and passionate about his speedway You quote gustix more than welcome on here!!! Gustix I would argueably say is one of the most knowledgeable posters on this forum
