Yep, currently 8th, 7th in 2014. Holder a very fine rider, but still think LONG term Dudek a better prospect. Dudek IMO will only get better!

I think to be as successful year in year out like Poole are, you have to be ruthless at times. Holder has been a amazing ambassador to Poole & the sport in general. But a comparison with Holder & Dudek, there is only one way Dudek is going, & thats up! Maybe a move from Poole would regenerate Holder, i believe you can stay at a club to long & go a little stale! And i you think my comments are ruthless, think back to when Loram was dropped to make way for Rickardsson!!

If i was Mat Ford i would NOT have Holder back next year. Maybe like you say, a change would do him good. Having said that, if i was a promoter, i would have a long discussion with Chris, his body language says it all at times.
