Yep, spot on Iris, Ivor Brown hard as nails in his Cradley Heath days
Would never have put Mort down to be like that, but there you go, every days a school day
Agree foamfence, how can you separate from dirty to hard riding. I can honestly say all the years ive been watching speedway i cant say ive witnessed a rider who has blatant knocked another rider off
In Bert Harkins Out and About columm in last week's Speedway Star, mentioned James Easter could be having a talkin night with Fundin. I really do hope he can make it happen, i would go to the end of the world to watch that!
What a poor line up last night, when i look back at my 70s programmes & look who was riding, it makes my hair stand on end! Same has Swindon on Sunday, all year to plan it, & look what they dished up. I'm shure a lot of these promoters just don't care half the time!
John Somerville has the very best pre 40s collection of programmes in the country. And a truly fab guy to deal with, nothing but total admiration, can't praise this man enough.
If you had watched Dudek as much as i have, & i'm talking live, not in front of a TV. You just might change your mind just how good he is in such a short time!!!
