Should Ex Riders Get Into Speedway Free?

I was very disappointed when I attended Belle Vue V Lakeside last Saturday, i'm a big collector of old & modern photos. I sorted some photos out of my collection of Bill Powell, Peter Williams, Ken Eyre & Jim Yacoby & was horrified to be told that they very rarely attend has they have to pay admission! Unbelievable -

Should Tai Woffinden Ride For Team Gb ?

I can remember watching a Rob Homer in second half's at Cradley Heath very late 60s early 70s! If you are Rob Homer, you were/am a very good engineer. Did you not have a lot to do with the BSA Bantam engine for the indoor meetings ? -

Well me for one, will travel miles to watch Bridger!
-
I have followed Kurtz very closely last few years & do think he as a big future. But do agree with you on technical tracks he is very poor, watching him at Ipswich, Newcastle & especially Edinburgh just highlight this. Was absolutely not surprised at all with his poor performance at Lakeside earlier this year.
-
I honestly believe that Kurtz would have benefited with another year in the PL. I applaud him for his desire & commitment to step up to the EL & I do think he as a big future. But another year under the careful guidance of Garry May, who I think is the best manager in the UK! would have done him the world of good.

Days like this when you hear news like this makes me hate speedway -
Regarding Bridger, don't think he was has bad that his score suggests. His first ride was challenging for the lead before he went down, showed plenty of commitment there. His second ride heat 7 hardly the easiest ride! Can tell you he was working tirelessly hard to get that Jawa dialled in. You could see how flat it was out of the corners.

Arguably that meeting last night was the poorest night of speedway I've ever witnessed -
Marcel has not been at Wolves this season nor was he at Kings Lynn which surprised me
