  1. Every one talks about the banking at the Shay, what about Coatbridge!!!
  2. Unfortunately the gastronomic side of food as never been a strong point at speedway venues!
  3. Thoroughly enjoyed the meeting last night, and absolute respect for getting the meeting so swiftly through. Was back in the hotel having a pint 9.20pm!
  4. Any weather update would be very much appreciated for this Saturdays Cumberland Open, as I'm traveling up from Bristol
  5. TR better than Ivan, tough one, would put TR at his time a modern Ivan for his professionalism, But for me Ivan just edges it, just my opinion, 2 Very fine riders and very much looking forward to see TR tonight
  6. Kings Lynn must be laughing there heads off, how many times have we heard this about Holder with personal problems, ive lost count!!!
  7. Agree regarding Lee, at 16 find very unlikely there will be any one better at that age, you might laugh at this, but Lewis Bridger at 16 at Weymouth was very special! Gollob, never ever seen any one that could turn so late in to a turn, sheer genius
  8. How do you make that out ? Gollob COULD do things on a bike that only others could dream of!!!
  9. Agree that NSS is one of the best in Britain, Scunthorpe would IMO run it very close. Best track by far i still think a well prepared Bydgoszcz
  10. AND believe me there is more good tracks than bad in Poland!!!
  11. John Somerville will have plenty of photos of Phil Herne
  12. Agree, but if we are talking natural talent lets not forget Gollob must be very close to the top of the pile!!!
  13. Good job it was one off World Finals Ivan won, Shudder to think how many he would have won in a GP format!!
  14. You can tell Lambert does not by choice wants to be at Lynn, not good for fans or himself, but his hands are tied. IMO the faster he can get away from Lynn the better
  15. Best Memories 1 Tomasz Gollob, I feel so privileged to have watche Tomasz all over Poland, NEVER EVER seen anyone that could turn so late into a corner, yet not scrub speed off. shear genius. 2 Mauger for his shear professionalism 3 Olsen for me was like a ballerina on a bike, so exciting to watch 4 Kenny Carter for his true grit RIP 5 Coatbridge speedway, such a fast banked track Worse Memories 1 Moaning whining complaining Aussies 2 Defunct tracks 3 BSPA and Buster Chapan 4 The price of beer at Peterborough Speedway!! 5 Rained off meetings
  16. What on earth are you expecting for £3 a Book! I find the SS excellent value for money!!!
  17. IMO Lambert will go backwoods staying at Lynn, he clearly does not want to be there
  18. Would much rather watch Cookie strut his stuff when Belle Vue are in town and bang in a big score, English Pride!
  19. Spot on regarding Charles Wright, he was a BIG attraction for me to pay my money through the turnstiles. Now half the team FULL of Southern Hemisphere riders|
  20. Agree, but from the time he started at Lynn in 2014 as a 16 year old he has managed to produce a maximum every year for Lynn! Ive watched him on 5 occasions in Poland last year 3 at Lublin. He always stated if Lublin progressed up a league he would stay at the club. And he did win 3 titles this year! If he can get more consistent with his gating, he will go far IMO,
