Well Jordan rode brough well but Tom bacon had a good match attacked the track as it should be,,, Simon going to kip & letting Barker past was poor Danny Phillips needs to get trapping Better & I think that could only be our only loss at brough this season hopefully impressed with the rest of the diamonds

Just a reminder that the need for more track staff is very important as we are now down to only a handful of sheeters to cover the dog track for home meetings !; So if anybody knows of a mate or a family member who can spare a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon & evening time please pop along to the track tomorrow and speak to a member of speedway staff and it will be greatly appreciated as we are down to the bair bones thanks in advance for any extra helpers

Too late I've already took the job.. but have I done the correct thing after ref'n some under 11 games in the past it's hard to say who you get the most abuse off kids or parents

See your point and also agree about teams on the manipulation side of things.. but riders must think phew if I keep scoring big points like this & up my average by a point or 2 it could cost me a place next season which has happened to mason campton for example,,, he scores well all season probably his best for a while & the success of the team has left him on the sidelines which is very unfortunate for the rider and Workington speedway on shutting down,,

It's just a pity ludde never had many a good night board scraping last season !! & It will be good to see a Pickering type rider to excite the fans & hopefully get a few more fans back to brough,, also another plus side to Steve returning is that he was a big help to Danny the last time they were together at brough until Danny's unfortunate crash as he was getting the hang at brough. So let's hope the same happens this term but with a much happier result

Everybody seems to be thinking that Steve worrall & another is coming in for Victor & lunna,, me maths isn't to good but I'm sure ludvigs average is down at least a couple of points on last season so would that leave a Decent amount for a big number 1 to create in & move TJ to number 5 & could put ludde at 4 or 3 to partner lasse & Matty at 2 now that'll be a cracking top 5

Agreed that the rider should not have vaped in his room ( I think this happend sooner than expected as even tho the rider has done wrong the change may have came about when the 1st chance would arise & I don't think it would have been lawlor ( but his stupid mistake has cost him ) a team place it's going to be interesting to see who ends up there & I reckon he's an asset of there's with blond curly hair

Check your stats over the past 40 + years & see how loyal the diamonds management team has been to the 1 to 7 and you'll be pleasantly surprised but there again as you seem to anti ( Newcastle) I don't think you will agree..

Just seen your earlier post & I missed the IF highlight & I won't pass judgement until both story's are out in the open which may not even happen,,, in this week's speedway star concerning the lawlor Bickley thing there are 3 different versions such as Facebook / the promotion & both riders have had a say & some of the times mentioned or what time Joe was sacked & Kyle got the call is a bit mind boggling but that's just an example to what goes on so we may never find out the true version,,, but I'm sure someone will know !!

Instead of putting negative responses on here why not wait until the facts about this decision are released from all parties concerned then if it's a decision made by the club which is poor then you're within your writes to criticize but there is always to sides to every story at the end of the day,,,. As it happens it was very touch & go that we ran last season but I can't really remember of the years I've gone that there has never been on the verge of shutting.. do you get your information off a doom & gloomer sauce I wonder

So if a rider texts a promotion to say I'm going elsewhere as he's been offered a better deal which does happen as it did to the diamonds a few seasons ago & the rider was never mentioned which means that the promotion who have a hard enough job to assemble a team had to reschedule the team at the time & had to inform a couple of riders sorry but we've been dropped in it,,so is that WRONG
