  1. If the stock cars had not been on that afternoon, they could have possibly have delayed the start for an hour?
  2. Its all relative though, isn't it..? How many do the Brummies get to watch them in the National League nowadays? 300 / 400 / 500 / 700?
  3. KB has had more than his fair share of bad accidents over the years, his confidence must be at an all time low, perhaps he always thinks he will crash? If he has a change of track, and has a run of decent, crashless meetings, he could maybe turn it around...? When he's good, he's very good... He was a regular in the GP'S for a good few years, wasn't he...? I would be ok with him at Leicester, perhaps in place of Seb Ulamek...
  4. So Danny, Some tracks need widening.. Probably impossible for a lot of EL tracks.... Some tracks are to bumpy. I will add wavy to that as well, probably the easier than the widening issue to fix, will still need the hiring in of some pretty expensive plant, but doable. Which tracks do you think he means need widening?
  5. Change of race night, an amicable decision due to qualifiers and LCFC Premier League Champions at Home!!!! Weather, well coats away, sun tan lotion on instead!!!! Expected temps in the evening, a pleasant 22c to 23c should be a belter!!! Will add another weather forecast Saturday....
  6. He needs asking then, because if the BSPA go for one night next year on the basis that Tai (and maybe another 2 or 3 GP boys) would come back, he (Tai) could turn round and say "struth Cobber, you havent done the track improvements!!) So I ain't coming back Sheila!!
  7. No referendum yet, unless I have missed it, we are still in Europe!!!!
  8. Davey hates the track.... Porsing lesser of the 2 evils..
  9. Nice weather for it... Easy to overwater the track in this weather, nudge nudge, wink wink!!!
  10. So which of the Elite League tracks need improving and what improvements do they need??? The statement he made re the above is very vague, and provides him (Tai) with a variable/tailor to suit excuse to still not ride UK Elite League even if the BSPA did agree to go to one night a week racing in 2017. So, anyone with any ideas to exactly which tracks and what these improvements that are needed....?
  11. To be fair...... The weather for every home meeting this season has been poor.... Except the Sky meeting... Its either threatened to wee it down, or it has wee'd it down, and its been chilly as well. Let's see when the weather improves first before we judge the level of support on the terraces..
  12. No weather issues, however, getting moisture in and getting it to stay in can be problematic with this sort of weather set-up... Warm by day - evaporation Cool by evening - sucks moisture to the surface A very happy medium is a tough ask.. No flooding, little and often the way to go... IMHO
  13. Ahh, you're wrong about Woffy...! There's another caveat re returning to the Elite League.. He also said that ... That track improvements are made (not all tracks) Vey vague and twistible caveat...
  14. Get it cancelled NOW! For the sake of British Speedway!! 😮
  15. That's a bit of a thin comparison!!!!!!! How many F1 races in UK? How many F1 team races in UK? Not think, but a ridiculous comparison!!!!
  16. Now, I dont want to start a fight, but when asked on Twitter about what would allow him to race in the UK Elite League, apart from the one night a week, there was another caveat...... Improvements to UK tracks (not all) Now, that to me is a bit vague... So if we fixed the race night, that alone would not bring him back to the Elite League.... So which tracks, and what improvements does he mean and where? I personaly think that even if we fixed the race night issue, then found out what tracks were wrong, the track problems would be a bridge to far..... I don't think we will see him again unless his form takes a serious dive due to whatever reason.. I think the track improvements needed is a bum steer, as he can amend that caveat at will....
  17. Well honestly, I cannot think of anyone, that's why i'm asking the question, can anyone else name anyone? This is going to get worse, there aren't any injured Elite League Heat Leaders at the moment is there? It will only take a couple of them to get injured and it will be total chaos, the remaining fit heat leaders will be in such demand as guests..
  18. Potentially available to ride here (list) My post is asking for any Elite League heat leader standard of riders that actually (WANT) to ride here... Can anyone, anyone I mean anyone name 6 Elite League Heat Leader standard riders that WANT to come and ride in the UK Elite League??????
  19. That was a random list of riders with heat leader averages, not that wanted UK Elite League.... I am talking about a list of riders that WANT to ride UK Elite League from now......
  20. I can't ever remember any figures for domestic meetings, Cardiff always give a figure for British GP...
