My post that appears to have caused offence was my personal opinion with regard to your post when someone was quite obviously panicking over their tickets, I interpreted your post to be abrasive and unsympathetic. The comment regarding Marmande is a fact and myself and a colleague where looking to book up for next years trip, the fact we may well decide not to travel with your company is a personal matter which was stated in the "offending post". At no time did I say anything against TP Tours, just commented on your attitude which came across in the post.

Basil, the point of the post was your abrasive attitude (very Basil Fawlty ish) and not a which hunt against TP tours. You will notice I was not the only person to comment on you abrupt post, I suggest you take a valium and calm down.

Thanks for the info Rico, I have been before but the tickets were organised by a polish contact and we had to pick them up from a caravan which was the collection point. As we're going thursday can we collect the tickets at ant time prior to the saturday?

stupid question but how have you managed to get tickets all I get is an e-mail or fax details? I desperately need 4 tickets for the sector B area between the sector A and the pits (1st and 2nd bend) as one of my group is disabled and we have found this to be the best area for him. would appreciate any help

I go every year and whilst it appears to be the general opinion it's getting worse you would not believe the amount of people who were in cardiff from friday lunchtime over the event last year, far more noticeable than previously. I live in newport but still book in from friday until sunday for the atmosphere and general fun weekend. Mind you we're in a party of twelve and meet at a restaurant from noon before hand and stay there all day, guess we make our own fun
