It is a fact.

The FIM will be double checking all the evidence from the event and the recent hearing. They will be checking with WADA in regard if the sentence given is correct and lenght or if he is to be let off. They do not want any come back from WADA or Ward so they will be making sure the verdict is 100 % correct. This however takes time and if it upsets the rider or his suck up fans then its TOUGH !!!!

Indeed he has not covered himself in Glory and should of been up front from the start. But some wouldnt know the truth if it smacked umm in the face and that's why we are now where we are.
