  1. no wonder people leave speedway and no wonder people leave this forum with all the negative snipers on her on here
  2. I am sorry but you are obsessed with Poole and sniping - both steve brum and gavan yet more negative comments both on here and on swindon and elsewhere shame you cannot be a bit more positive you seem to go round to several forums to post your negativity
  3. but buster chapman looks after those covers and has a special relationship and that is why he had them and poole did not
  4. I don't get this obsession with poole from this stevebrum and gavan characters - some of it is just childishness - one post from the swindon thread And do either of these people support speedway - why not go and support your own teams on their own threads - so much you seem to do is carp and criticise. But then it could be jealousy. Members 2,548 posts Posted Today, 08:59 AM Plain and simple Coventry had riders who like the track like that where as Swindon dont. Riders like Batchelor and North are gating tarts who arent prepared to do the rough stuff. Track was never going to suit Worrall either. Greaves shouldnt really be riding at this level as every time i see him he falls off at least once. Morris flatters to decieve a lot either brilliant or awful. At least Gustafsson gave it a go. What i will say is full credit to Swindon promotion and management who made every effort to get the meeting on even knowing that it may cost them. Shame the same cant be said for the Poole promotion and their constant cheating The above was posted by gavan on the swindon site.
  5. what covers have poole got and quite rightly why were they not used thursday for the next attempt
  6. Are these covers the ones owned by the speedway association?? And Swindon, because of good connections, had them?? I don't get that if it is true. And swindon didn't cover the straights!!
  7. not only did matt organise the weather but it also seems gary has done the same at swindon
  8. all organised by the evil matt ford!! or not - but sure you poole haters will be saying this and more
  9. The evil matt ford has paid the weatherman(ferryman) he he!!!
  10. oh dear we so hate the pirates don't we King riding his heart out for poole!!??
  11. The usual anti poole abuse of course. A well run, established and successful club. It is a shame there are not more in this league.
  12. Hansen was useless at coventry on monday now he is 1st and 2nd what is it that changes things? Equipment???
  13. EXCLUSIVE - forum explodes as the evil Ford signs up Garrity and Lambert, as Milik (or Milk as my girlfriend calls him) is ditched for being too old.
  14. Harris rode quite well against pirates when I was at coventry last week 12 points I think
  15. Such bitter people. You cannot stomach poole's success and two of you call me a liar. Lovely forum this one. Perhaps if you had listened to the preview to the second match you would have heard exactly what I stated but obviously you didn't. Never mind.
  16. Ok so you didn't see the louis, pearson, tatum interview before this match - well done.
  17. I am sorry but that is incorrect. Much more was made of KL injuries as I watch them now talking about it yet again going on about KL injuries just as I type this before the cov/bees meeting - sorry but you are wrong - Tell me I am lying!!
  18. Why are so many bitter about a well run and organised team like poole. KL been good this year I congratulate them. I was at coventry v poole a few days ago and it is a super venue - interesting how they go here tonight. It is a shame about all these injuries. I am intrigued by two ex riders who are commentators who occasionally make critical comments about the bikes. Particularly about silencers. Are the bikes really more dangerous.?? The thing about over runs on the engine when shutting off is interesting - the power not shutting off as it should on normal bikes. Silencers were always very important on two strokes in my days but less so on 4 srokes Anyone who is an expert know more about this??
  19. The bitterness against poole on this thread is so funny. You tell us we are paranoid but this thread, again, just proves it. Tonight sky have banged on about KL injuries too and only adding poole's problems as an after thought if at all.
  20. Foreverblue I heard that -'stay down' and the guy who shouted out was stood right behind me in the pavilion!! I was a bit taken aback by the coventry 'fan'
  21. Crikey the poole haters are still in full flow!!!
  22. All you seem to do Gavan is to pile into anything that can be made a case against poole, on nearly every post you make. Just saying.
  23. No one knows the full details do they?? He may have been slightly over ?? What do you know. What it does do is give an opportunity for the poole haters to vent their spleens. The vitriol against ward and poole is quite awful. On here and on the poole site. They come out of the blocks quicker than Hancock does!!! I will await the final verdicts of the authorities until passing further comment. The poole haters can carry on snarling as their teams still fail their tests!! The test of winning!!!
  24. mickey mouse circuit but there are one or two of these and speedway needs to change them even abroad I shudder when the commentators say 'this is a tight track and it all depends on the gating' even in GPs - why do they allow these sort of tracks??
  25. I wonder what the response would be if zagar had broken both his legs. pederson is a dirty rider and always has been it is interesting that he is so often involved in incidents
