Flagrag LCC council have every reason and a strong case to revoke the lease on BSCL whom DH is the sole direcctor promised to build a multi sports complex ,yet after 7yrs not even the speedway stadium has been completed and none of the other promised projects have ever been started .If as you say they are financially good why have they not done so ! In answer to your hint that the council may be put off by some miss givens you may be right but they would not be on there own if the s....t hit the fan would they , DH new before the planning consent was gven in 2009 that there was nobody in place to build the football .BMX and Velodrome . Just a thought Does anyone know if DMU as a say in all this ? .

There are two companies BSCL & LSL both until recently had one director DH , DH is still in complete control of LS as the major shareholder and is the sole director of BSCL who own the lease on the BP site . LSL were not the only people who were involved in the building of the stadium were they !!! .There has never been any dividend paid out to a shareholder and up until a couple of years ago they were not even registerd . As far as the accounts no one knows if there were any profits as the accounts are only abbreviated and the last one not even signed off by the accountant . Also I have only ever recieved two sets of accounts and in all the time I have held them and that is from the very beginning I have never seen the mass amounts of money made from the tipping mentioned .

As a shareholder of leicester speedway I wrote asking them for the accounts which are now overdue by 5 months , I also asked them for a report on the current status of the company and details of the operational activities going forward , also I asked for an extraordinary meeting if they were not able to give the details . Needless to say I have not recieved even an acknowledgement to my letter Any suggestions ?

Hemsley is no longer a director of leicester ,he has now got 75% of the shares giving him over all control only a week ago he only had oneshare ! Is this because he is about to sell it .

The shares are not on the stock exchange they are only ment as a good will gesture to help build the stadium ,and if as some are saying leicester speedway are in a financial mess then the banks will become the owners of leicester speedway assets which i presume includes the stadium .

flagrag The boarding on the stand was a part of the recent planning condition and in fact it does not comply with that condition because it is not an acoustic fence .Best not to say to much about it really because in actual fact none of the acoustic fence at the front of the stadium is up for the original planning consent . And that applies to the rear of the back straight stand also ?

Paul wilson why a massive thanks to hemsley it was the campayne group who brought speedway back to leicester and the money came from the vast amount of tipping on the site !

Liberon DH did not bring speedway back to leicester he was just one of many other people who did just as much as he did and please dont give the old rubbish that it was his money that came from the tipping! Fans keep going on about the elite league , when are they going to accept that the only thing EL is ,is the price you pay to watch

hemsley should have taken the 40 k he was offered to join the elite league in his first season . this was at the same time peterborough and coventry were talking about pulling out ?
