  1. That's actually quite a sensible comment from JDSC. Incorrect, but sensible
  2. You don't have to? He's signing for them tonight
  3. Good looking team, but Not a great amount of riders who interest me just below 5.90 that are realisitic. Any suggestions of people I may have missed?
  4. Ben Barker, Jake Allen and Thomas Jorgensen will be bandits in 2015! Good start for you guys!
  5. I read somewhere else that the repairs have been made, but the money had to be taken from the stox and the potters funds. So effectively the speedway promotion need to replace that. So yes, they can run a meeting, but now they struggle to afford a team, hence the fundraising.
  6. I like that side. Haertel was discussed a year ago as an option before we signed Foxy. Looks a decent prospect and could be a valuable asset and score well middle pairing with Kev. I'd actually take Simon Lambert at 7. He maybe won't do a worrall and bang in double figures from #7, but he will score a solid 5/6 points every week and I think he would be a good partner for cleggy.
  7. Fair enough, Probably means the team above would have to be two 3.00 riders at reserve then only rider under 3.20 that's worth a look IMO is olly Greenwood.
  8. Was it as high as that?? Green sheet Issue 30 on the bspa website says he was only 5.23 when replaced?
  9. Think he's on a 5.23 or similar, and would definately take him on that as a second string! Cook 9.19 Tabaka 6.00/Wolbert 6.19 Sedgmen 6.99 Thomsen 5.23 Masters 8.23 Clegg 3.00 3.86/3.67 left. In my opinion, once If Aaron was to come back next year with the equipment he finished the season on, he would hit a 5 point average again. He's seen all the tracks now and knows that's what, so I'd put my savings on him coming back stronger next year with less pressure on him to perform!
  10. I agree, and bear in mind this is my personal opinion: Cook > King Masters > Tungate Sedgmen = Manzares Heeps = Tabaka 5.5-odd (example - Anders Thomsen ) = Hawkins Clegg < 3.00-odd (example - Olly Greenwood) Fox < 5.00 (example - Arthur Sissis)
  11. 5.59. Which could give us a good team again. (Although I'd swap Joszef for Kev Wolbert and leave 5.40) However, I agree with TS, despite us proving you can win things with a low scoring reserve pairing, I would rather have a stronger reserve.
  12. Il get in on this and say that Richard Lawson has realised the grass isn't greener on the other side!
  13. Max Clegg signs for Edinburgh, good signing if he can keep up his recent improvement in gating!
  14. 14 riders from edinburgh and Somerset 2014, and how many are already signed up with teams for 2015? Think it's just 2? So there is still 11 good riders who reached the PL final up for grabs (obviously Deek retired)
  15. Seriously, I hated it. It was pleasing at first and then teams started having riders who were showing up beaten before we turned a wheel and gave up if they missed the gate.
  16. That's not fair, it actually is relevant to our 2015 team, and therefore relevant to the thread. Comments like that really aren't necessary, all the poster is saying is that, if we don't use Craig next season, then (s)he would love to see Craig ride there. You don't say Coomies comment saying the same thing isn't relevant, is it because it's glasgow?
  17. Victorian Champion - Sam Masters. Justin Sedgmen and Max Fricke make it an all Monarchs podium, well done boys!
  18. Totally agree, Josh is one of the opposition riders i admire and I look forward to seeing at Armadale during the season. Not because he is amazing around the place, but he gives his all and has been in some good heats up here!
  19. Where was this said? He was hoping for a return when I spoke to him after the play-off final, I was hoping he would be nailed on! 😟
  20. Maybe, but until something is confirmed I will choose to ignore it 😊
  21. 1. Sam Masters 8.23 2. Justin Sedgmen 6.99 3. Kevin Wolbert 6.19 4 a.n. other 5. Max Fricke 8.07 6. Aaron Fox 3.50 7. A.n. other 9.52 for last 2 riders!
  22. So where does that leave him in terms of the British Championship? As the qualifying is done by EL/PL/NL average at a certain date is it not, so will he be eligible if he's not riding in the country??
