As a Sox fan I'm used to dreadful heartbreak and tears......this Speedway blip..I hope...is minor in comparison..... At least I won't miss a playoff final this year whilst at the WS!!!

We have enjoyed a marvellous 2 years but all good things come to an end. No surprise therefore when fans of teams we have spanked come on here to put the retaliatory boot in! We must accept the ribbing......though teeth are gritted

Well done the Badnits!!!! Sam sublime but we struggled out with that with Max trying hard and entertaining. Berwick solid,Theo and Doolan scored heavily and Stormy still has track know how.We needs more race wins from Wolbert and Fisher but did not get them ....the 5_1 reverse in heat 5 was a killer. Track decent despite rain and a few Badnit fans made it up and enjoyed their win. Would like to help you guys top the group by winning next Friday but that looks unlikely on this evidence. Jye and Dan need lots of time and we are definitely going to struggle for the foreseeable future,with home reverses and struggles on the road.....still I won't need quite as much diesel and can get the handicap down! See you next Friday for some humble pie......

Cookie was ready to move up Sedgy wanted to also......simples. This team is v. inexperienced at the bottom and will take time.....maybe won`t make it. If you enjoy Edinburgh struggling....this may be a good season for you...... Glasgow looked very good Sunday and their team at home will be very difficult to beat , lets see if they are as good away. Pity Ed was not allowed to join Roary.....but thats an old quibble......

Jeez....maybe we just send all the bling along the M8 to the already crowned tiggers. Of course we are going to be weaker on paper....and on the track, but its too early to be writing us off, before we have raced at home. The tigers have put together a good team and should be in the top 6 easily if not at the top when the PL fixtures are done, they will be powerful at home, so an Embra loss is not unexpected there......we did not get anything there last LC campaign. Now if we start getting humped at home that would be concerning, and maybe Berwick with dale specialists will be coming at the right time......but for those desperate to see us struggle....it`s just too early yet to crow. You may be right but on the available evidence .......way too premature.....which is a common problem for many.!!!!!!
