Come on the Aces. Time Cookie rode well in front of Rosco.......and stay off Twitter -
Paulcos pillocks pumped at Peugeot park George.M,s minions mauled by magnificent Monarchs Tyretrax tired team trampled and torn to bits Gazc guys gashed and gored. Might be getting silly now.......its been one of them days Zebedee just appeared 40 winks and contented slumber to the blue and gold legions.......and the gracious Tiggers What a weekend

This might be a touchy subject NYB. I hear Triggers might have David Howe lined up BUT that depends on whether Sarjeants 3 point average is valid as he has ridden 4 H and 4 A by Friday so has new CMA of about 6.though this is not enforced until next Fri at Scunny. Seems the rules... for what they are suggests an assessed rider post May 1 may have his actual average applied if his team redeclared. If that holds water then Glasgow would only be allowed a rider up to Kozzas current average. Appeals seem may be heard but its speedway so mud could be clearer. Hope that does not make things more confusing?!

or Flaying at the Facenna dome Ammering at Ashfield Spanking at the Stade de LA Weegie Tonking for the Tiggerati Humping at Hawthorn Pumping at the Peugeot Pasting in Possilpark Dunking for Dickson's boys Mullered by the Mighty Monarchs I won't go on Big collection today for Kozza judging by the paper filled buckets. Should put a smile on his face I hope and speed the healing....

Looked like a scaphoid or thumb problem on the left hand Scots. Might be a wee while until we know how it is. Not easy to know if any fracture here even with X ray Erick was terrific today and possibly faster than Kevin in heat 12 who might have ridden a bit tighter if he had known the kinder was beside him. Speedy recovery Erik.....and Dickie Lawson who slid off over riding and trying his guts out in 15 on 4 th bend but caught the fence

Get in there Bleaching at the Stade de la Weegie Feared the worst but hats off to the champs wonderful effort and big hand for Max Clegg... Clearly friction between Cookie and Lawson maybe the latter struggled with today after being the cats whiskers on Friday. of course I'm going to defend Cookie who was sublime. Pity Dickie didn't join us on the parade for he so loved it on Friday. Stewart Dickson milked it on Friday but hey son your boys took a helluva beating.... Thanks to all sensible Weegie fans on here I know your pain after a dose of it on Friday Fair makes for an interesting season though doesn't it? See you in the cups and both venues should be bursting SKY where are you ?

Well done Tiggers you deserved that sharp from the tapes all night, fought back when behind, and team line up and changes expertly handled by team manager. The long suffering fans will crow and justly so. Morris was not missed as the lesser Worral rode supremely, reserves dovetailed well Pavlova good to start Sarjeant excellent at the end. Spud reliable as always but who was that guesting in the number 2 jacket? Guess its time Dickie racked up a score and he certainly seemed to enjoy the slicker track. No excuses from our boys, Erik coming along nicely, but this match was all about Glasgow. Enjoy the victory and I expect more of same on Sunday. Should certainly spice up the coming cup clashes too....we need to flood the track me thinks and make it heavier or we might be beaten again. From Embra. fans there tonight congrats and enjoy the beer humble pie this end -

Ooh! A little touchy Gazc? We could sell you a set of tapes. Failing that I,will bring some Bridget Jones pants with XXXL knicker elastic for Sunday. You know it makes sense. Touche. -

glasgows reserves vs Erik will decide whether this gets close or not. the pavlova rides the dale well and if sarjeant is as good then we have a game on...however he was pants a few years ago. He seems a much improved rider this year so the weegies will be hoping he can score a few and help cover for R/R and Berge. lawson should be better at 2 and heats 2 and 8 may be glasgow advantages although the "kinder" might sort that out if he traps well. Monarchs should have the advantage at heat leader, though spud and Stevie are capable. 3 and out probably for the snail, who might get badly exposed at 5. Here`s hoping for a big crowd and functioning tapes....... -
League Cup Semi Finals
Fenway Bleachers replied to ekimba's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Bring on Bobby Charlton and the twitchers. If we can keep it close there 10 or so then negotiate the A1 we might just have a hammer and tongs meeting with the Weegies. Bring it on ,surely they can Promote that tasty tie? Plus Gavan gets to see his hero......heaven -
League Cup Semi Finals
Fenway Bleachers replied to ekimba's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
i gather it might be today..................... Glasgow and Monarchs can`t meet in semis since they came from same group, so scottish final on the cards. -
Agree with cookie missing out.... sadly............it should though help his EL and PL teams and help him focus his determination. Rosco did not pick him when in better form in past years when he should have been automatic , so this year when he has not been in the same form and King and lambert are more obvious choices then fair enough. Morris in front of fricke and sam is also a tight call, he`s been very good at EL , but less so at PL in comparison, so manager`s nod i guess given the big league points. Ricky wells missing out is a surprise....is he injured? or still wearing that Kings hat? I would certainly drop him for the latter.........

Baby bjerre passed Sam on 3rd bend, hard but fair. He must have been upset by this and almost caught him up by the line. He roared up inside passing the line too fast and caught bjerre as he slowed thus both hit the shale. Bad enough but he then lost it and seemed initially to bend over and remonstrate with bjerre was lay under his bike. To then start swinging was outrageous and he was restrained. Maximum fine definitely and if he avoids a ban he will be fortunate.

Good result given the long tail. We were lucky Kurtz chose to wash his hair. Good returns for A ndre and Birks. Hope former is not too banged up for tomorrow. Well done Tiggers but I think we should win comfortably tomorrow. You will all be welcome in the shed, and a few Weegies might be there sneaking in half price!

Hope you are right Spinny, won't make this one sadly but we will be back for the league cup semi. Hopefully Cookie will find his gating soon. Sheffield reserves and second strings should see them home but that will be reversed on Friday. Kurtz then Morris's to guest will more than cover for Steady who would have struggled to win a race at the dale. Hope the weather behaves for both legs. Safe travel to all
