  1. Good luck to Doyley for 2016 at the robins Always gonna be difficult to keep hold of him as he is one of the best in the league. Sad day for us Lions fans and unless we change our race night a long winless season on the cards I reckon All the best Doyley it been great watching you for two seasons Shirl
  2. I think it's great that Bomber is back with the bees He shows great loyalty and is a top bloke No doubt that all EL promoters would want a Bomber in their line ups We at the lions would definitely like it
  3. Dear Lisa Colette If the above is true Could you be so kind as to enlighten us on the exact location of the female form of grey matter. Shirl
  4. Maybe a ground share would be a great idea We could both race Friday nights and we could see racing every week instead of one week in 3 Plus we could keep Jason Doyle which has to be top of Mr Helmsleys agenda Win win I reckon Any ardent fan would hate to see an elite league minus the bees and I don't get the view that Lions fans would walk away rather than share their stadium with the bees - ridiculous and small minded
  5. Yes I quite agree every time I see him he gets better and better and the lions are very lucky to have him a guest Thanks Adam
  6. Well done to the Lions Jason Doyle again immaculate.Mr Hemsley you need to break the bank and keep him in lions colours then give him the support he needs Two away wins in the last four matches ain't bad for the WORST team in the league. I bet there's one person on here struggling to swallow his Weetabix this morning
  7. Well I don't think anybody saw this result coming. Well done the Lions and thank you Chris Harris and Adam Ellis Not bad considering we are the WORST team in the league
  8. I'm a few miles away and it's been raining heavy for ages It's due to stop after lunch but maybe showers later I'd be surprised if the meeting is on but knowing that the track drains really well but can't see it somehow Enjoy your day in Poole and keep clear of the bank holiday traffic Shirl
  9. One thing I am right about is you are like a broken record as again you say that the lions are worst than us(wolves) Your as ridiculous as a Pete Adams mullet Perhaps you should lay off the beef cos you can talk some Bulls..t
  10. Something tells me that you think the Lions are the worst team in the league. Your like a broken record Us lions fans know it's been a struggle this season and has been from day one but is there any need for your infantile posts when the mighty Wolves are hardly ripping it up either.
  11. I've started rain dancing already It's our only hope
  12. The last I checked he was riding for the lions and our No1 Think that's a great reason for getting on the supporters bus and going to Cardiff You obviously BNP in the last election . I hate seeing that!! I love watching the Brits do well too but unfortunately we don't have many at Leicester so cheering on Jason is not a problem
  13. With regard to Bomber I reckon most teams would want him in their lineups. You can't fault his effort, maybe if you don't want him we Lions would
  14. Thanks for that, i reckon he's a great signing for the bees as he's flying at the minute. Hats off the Bees management for putting their hands up earlier rather than later for making the change to replace Jamrog with Joonas, you have gone from a side that may have made the playoffs to a title winning team and being a Lions fan thats tough to accept considering our plight at the minute.
  15. i wasn't at the meeting last night but again this season i feel the lions supporters have been let down. fair play to the guests that were drafted in especially Brady Kurtz who is definitely one for the future and to my knowledge hasn't ridden BP before but us fans deserve better. We have a captain in Doyley who is a total professional and gives 100% every time,Sy Wozniak young inexperienced but 100% What i find baffling is why we over looked Joonas when Eastbourne cleared out and we signed Pedersen and Mikkelsen. I seem to recall the Bees fans wanting Havvy out but he has turned things around because he has riders that want to ride for him I'm not sure if we can say the same for our management having lost Mads last season and now Bjarne I really used to enjoy PL speedway and hoped the EL would better but I'm not sure it is.
  16. I hope that you get Steady back too as he is a class act and as long as he stays injury free,in my opinion the best in the premier league. This season at Leicester he was brilliant on and off the track I just hope that we don't change or race night to a Thursday as we won't be seeing him in Lions colours and that would be a great shame. Good luck to you tigers next season
  17. He may well have his inconsistencies but what rider doesn't. What you can't ignore is his total commitment to his club and country Maybe others should look at the way he conducts his business. Having watched him at Leicester this season whether with bees or the many guest appearances he always gives 100% and you can see why managers want him when they need a guest appointment. Well done Bomber for qualifying again for the GP series!
  18. The man is an absolute legend and always will be. Takes me back to Blackbird Road in the mid 70s when Belle Vue came to town. I've even got his autograph on my old clip board. Well done Peter do you still have the Kevin Keegan perm?
  19. I heard a rumour that Magnus has ridden too 2nd place in the PLRC. Well done Magnus don't think we expected him on the rostrum. Let's hope he's back in lions colours in 2014
