Go me for predicting Lambert - I am very happy with that. Luke looked great around CP (2 wins from 3 rides) - I have tweeted him to welcome him to the side. Hopefully he will not be late for the meetings lol. I am gutted about Kingston though as he was worth the entrance fee alone all season. I bet the team announcement is NO coincidence. Well done to the promoters though as this 5 look a match for any NL side. During the interval at this years NLRC, there was a youngster who had a few laps - does anybody know his name? no news is bad news. we should be signing a rider like Worrall now that Boxall is back with RH. we are getting left behind and it looks like the promotion just don't give a toss. we need to start the new season as we left it; unbeatable at home and on the verge of taking points away. i even spotted on here that the crowd favourite (Jack Kingston) is being suggested as another teams number 2. FO!

My money is now firmly on Ben Morley with Simon Lambert coming in at number 5. I didn't realise how experienced Bowen was, so I think he will be straight back in the Rye House team. I really liked the look of him at the Silver Ski individual. Next season cannot come quick enough - my whistle has grown cobwebs!

I agree. For some reason it gave me the hump to start with, but, if it helps to keep competitive Speedway at CP and we get to see riders like Steve Boxall, then, that's good enough for me. Our crowd is bigger than theirs anyway!!

What happens about the bronze helmet if Boxall only rides PL next season?!

From memory, Schramm finished 1 out of approx a dozen rides around CP this season. I don't think I could cope with that if he was one of ours! One or two wise heads (Mason as captain) and the rest can be Jack Kingston clones - i'd be chuffed with that!

My suggestions are based on decent riders i have seen around CP; riders i know have been injured, struggled recently in the PL, and possibly on the lookout for another club Yes Morley deserves his chance but is he ready to leave the NL entirely? Will RH have space for him in the new season with others fit again? I am starting to fancy him at #1 for the King's.

Baseby has done very well at CP this season with 3 wins from 13 rides (no last places). I think Simon Lambert would be great if we could fit him in. Can anybody confirm if Coles has packed up? We should give Kirby another season as he has done well at home and just needs to work on his away form.

What about Compton, or have i missed something? He has a new bike so I have big money on him being a massive heat leader for us next season. Can JK not ride at reserve with that average? He has so much potential but I feel he needs another season around Central Park - the crowd still fear he will fall at any moment (unlike Coles - but he does not have the same skills in my opinion). We already have a wise head in Mason so why would we want Schramm? I think his bike managed to complete one race from a dozen at CP this season! Would love Morley to stay but my partner read somewhere that he was off to Australia to ride (not sure if this was permanent). Surely Bowen will replace Boxall? My god was Boxall awesome for us, but it did feel like we were saying goodbye to him.
