Sorry but if we are having 2 x 3.00 at reserve then it has to be Thomas and a new face, the others are not up to it. I would consider giving Verge another chance as he looked much quicker in the County Fours. In fact, if we'd had him in our lineup we would have won, and I don't ever remember saying that before! I would love to have JK back but i believe that next season is make or break for him. He has taken too many nasty falls to just end up as a decent second string imo.

i think you are in the wrong topic pal, this is not the Doom website lol.
-
Perks would be my first choice as the replacement for Ben, I think we missed our chance though with him. I would like to give an opportunity to Brendan Johnson who is on a 6.21. Josh Bates?
-
1. Shanes 7.85 2. Widman 4.71 3. Mogridge 4.94 4. Kinsley 5.41 5. Mountain 6.82 6. Bacon 4.61 7. JPB 3.00 37.34

It seems sensible to start this now. Shall we work with a 38.00 points limit? I wonder if Ben Morley will now become a Kent asset or will he move to Rye House for good?
-
I'd love to have this but it totals 40.48 1. Shanes 7.85 2. Mogridge 4.94 3. Ayres 7.05 4. Mountain 6.82 5. Johnson 6.21 6. Bacon 4.61 7. Thomas 3.00 I think we are yet to see the final GSA? BYW

change the bloody record mate, all you do is bang on about Len Silver and you never going to a Kent fixture again. Yes we finished bottom of the league but didn't we do fairly well in the other competitions?!!
-
Boxall at his best and on good machinery is good enough for number 2 or 4 in the EL. Absolute Kent legend and a must have in our side at any level above NL.
-
Lambo reached his level?! He is arguably PB rider of the year lol.
-
tapes up at 6:30

Shame there is no Baseby tonight (have we seen the last of him?), but i'm glad we get a look at Jack Thomas rather than use one of the other 4. Kent to win with a maximum from Captain Marvel. we have been too busy announcing all the things our riders have won!
-
you really are a weird individual. just back from the meeting. I have to say that the bulk of our points came from unexpected sources. 12 up at one point and fair play to Coventry for taking advantage of the T/R which created a platform for a strong comeback. I thought Baseby and Ayres were tremendous; it's pretty obvious who will have nightmares tonight. This encounter is not over by a long shot! BYW.
-
You should have started it earlier then. I think this will be a fairly straight forward home win by upwards of 12 points. Hopefully Compton can set the tone in heat 1 and Lambert will take care of Greenwood. Morley for rider of the night? If Sarjeant is racing then we'll send out Jason Garrad to deal with him again. I can't bloody wait for this and the weather looks just right. BYW!

I saw Bates as essentially cover for Lambert. We would have got the job done with Lambert in the side. I have said for a few weeks now that it will be us and Cradley in the final. I can't see us winning against you over the two legs, but, anything can happen (injuries/EL&PL duties). Does anybody know when the playoff dates are likely to be? TWG I've seen Garrad beat Sarjeant, Baseby beat Starke and last week Danny Ayres got the fastest time of the evening around CP (so I was told). If Mason brings his home form to the away leg...
-
What a surprise that you two agree with each other lol.
-
second season produces the playoffs. very proud Kent fan, BYW.
-
what about the ex riders on the website then Wish I was there for this one. If Bates and Mason both score upwards of 7/8 points then Kent will win this one.... just. Need Danny Ayres to win a couple of races and Garrad to pick up some third places. Here come the playoff's! TWG
-
Strangely I find myself agreeing with some of this. Thankfully Ben is OK, but I do struggle with our riders guesting for our rivals - something i'll have to get my head around at some point i know. I understand that riders have got to earn cash/put themselves in the shop window. What tips me over the edge is when they get injured! Didn't Lambert break his hand guesting for Stoke?!
-
I bet he is enjoying the journey home though.
-
Mason has won all 4 of his rides so far lol.
-
that's what i thought?! Garrad and Ayres took r/r's and not Chessell and Compton.
-
Both Mason and Ayres scored more than Morley last time out. Chessell knows Stoke better than Baseby and is in some mighty form right now. We had no Lambert and they had Wilson at number 1. Yes - we shall see!
-
Bearing in mind that Stoke had not declared their number 1 when you posted and both Mason and Ayres top scored for us last time at Stoke.....

Don't be afraid, please explain where the meeting will be lost?
