For the past couple of years they have sent out 2 satellite feeds, one in Swedish and the other with just track sounds. They could therefore have a uk based voice over.

Czech TV Channel 'CT4 Sport' are showing this meeting live at 2.10pm BST on Sunday 4th Oct.

I saw this last year on Sat Tv channel CT4 Sport, I think there are about 40 heats with between 4 and 6 riders in each race. It's worth watching if you get the chance.
