I think British Eurosport will have Elitserien Speedway, they were happy with the viewing figures for the GP's and they are now showing live the Ice Speedway Gladiators GP from Assen this weekend. Sat. 7pm, Sun 6.30 pm, and repeats during the week.

I have been watching Swedish Speedway for a number of years with a motorised satellite system, they put out 2 feeds, 1 Swedish and the other has just track sounds, this is the one I watch. As they are not encrypted it is legal to use the feeds.

Premier Sports has today launched on Virgin Media TV, it will be free to view until 31 Dec 13, with a charge of £7.99 per month from Jan 2014. Hope they renew their contract for Swedish Speedway in 2014

When Rob Lyon quit Middlo did not charge in as quoted by SCB. Middlo reluctantly took the job under pressure from the BSPA because nobody else would do it. Who will do the job in his place ? whoever takes it on can only use the riders available and they are either near the end of their career or still in the Premier League. There are some good riders coming up through the ranks but it will need 4 or 5 years before they are good enough.

As far as I know the Smart HD card will only work in a Satellite Receiver that can accept Conax cards and a dish pointing to the Hotbird Satellite at 13 deg East.

Virgin Media have British Eurosport on M+ which is the basic subscription, so I will get SGP without extra charge. Customer Services can be contacted by telephone free of charge and any problems I have had have been sorted. I'm happy with Virgin Media.

I am reluctant to buy a "Cyfra+ Kompakt" card at the moment as the only ones I can find online are for 18 months. It's too long, NC+ could change the system before then, and for me it's too expensive:- satsklep.pl £269 (311.82 Euros) ebay £285 (UK based Polish) I would take a chance with a 6 month card if I could get one.

I hope it's TVP as I've been getting this for a few years using a "Telewisja na Karte" in a Sat Receiver. This year it cost £25.50 for 6 months which for an oldie like me is good value.

I think Sullivan rides on a Polish licence so won't be picked by MA
