the only reason this is being discussed so much is because poole have a history of things like this. i dont know how dakotas dad is or wether this is a legit reason for dakota to have time, but if this was a one off there wouldnt be so much discussion here. but the fact is, is that this isnt a one off, it happens time and time again.

the track was fine, 3 riders were ready to race. then the ref decided hed have a wander down to the pits for some absurd reason only for the track to get worse and worse. if theyd of completed the race when 3 riders were there and ready to ride we would have had a result.
