Totally agree with this opinion. I think riders should only be allowed to be EDR for a maximum of 2 years. It was meant to be for brining on the british youngsters. If they are not capable of holding down a 1-5 position after 2 years then they should have to make way for another brit to be given a chance to progress If Newman is allowed EDR for a 4th year that is ridiculous and blocking an opening for another brit to prove himself.

Exactly why i havnt wanted him at Plymouth for the last 3 years. Too inconsistent and hasnt improved in PL the last 2 years. I wouldnt suggest that he is being paid to drop points but he doesnt ride with the same passion and determination for plymouth as he does for poole. Saw him at wimborne road for the wolves play off meeting and he rode out of his skin but dont see the same sort of fight at the SBA and it drives me mad that he rarely looks for his team partner in either league!

Haha, thats exactly what ive said. He has been below par this year, quickly moving back to reserve when he was in the main body. Always the hero of the hour in the playoffs though, where i believe points dont count towards averages, hence could be a reserve again next year??

Both teams played their part in making it an entertaining meeting and there was certainly more lines and more overtaking than the previous night For me Devils MOTM would have to be Stefan, 9+1 was a great return and he gives 100% every race. Simota very disappointing after his excellent performance last week. Kurtz either had bike problems the last couple of weeks or has another agenda! Boxall, no comment. The team will be even worse off when he drops to reserve, unless he makes a dramatic improvement Newmans off track antics a disgrace. Firstly sarcastically clapping the ref and then saying in an interview on the centre green that "the ref should retire". It wasnt a heat of the moment comment at the end of a race either, but whilst he was receiving the MOTM award. Not funny and not clever.

Totally agree. I have been slated many times over the years for saying that Hancock is a total fake and a bore. I hope some of those that continually defend him will perhaps reconsider their opinion of him!

My heart goes out to todd, jack, charlie and sam in particular who have been left without a team altogether I feel for the loyal fans, myself included, who were there on friday night and most other racing nights over the last ten years. I have taken stick on here for being negative about the current promotion and their imcompetency but I still continued to pay to go to watch the sport I love I hope this isnt't the end of speedway in plymouth.

You seem to be implying that Fisher has returned home due to him not balancing his finances very well over the season and that he might be broke in a few weeks. I thought the sole reason was so he could deal with an emergency at the family business, as per the press release!! Perhaps if Fisher had scored as a number 1 he wouldnt have been broke at the end of the season! You did tell us all at the start of the season how he was in the best form he had been in for years and would add points to his starting average!!
