your deluded .....if you believe that a match with any of the other 7 elite teams (or even a challenge with a pl club) couldnt be arranged in june from the beginning of the season...you really should be carted off to the mental home .... that is cuz hes following other promoters with a win at all cost attitude , so anything that doesnt work out for his team is a no go and that is the reason why speedway is going down the swanney
-
really....common sense must be failing then down poole way, one minute your saying folks carnt afford one EL and one NL match a week, then due to having a break in june your left running about 12 matches in a month or so . poole june fixture list was showing vitually empty in march when they were released, so the question from the fans with common sense is why on earth wasnt any matche/s arranged for june ,there was 7 teams to choose from..... stay in your little blue matt ford can do no wrong bubble
-
but youve now got to have 2 sometimes 3 matches a week to get your EL Fixtures in before cut off date , and if weather turns sour it could be worse so that dont figure 13 matches left to get in .....with only about a month or just over to get them in so going june with no matches was not really a good idea, so if you'd had one a week in june it would of worked a whole lot better for fans ...

maybe yoiu dont understand the impact squads will have on other teams there were teams this year that were struggling to sign riders and therefore had to go for riders that couldnt fit in at other clubs squads would mean them being retained in a squad making them unavailable for other clubs do u really thing ford wont chop n change his squad members from the asset list of poole and peterborough as and when track specialists are needed or do u relly thing that a club has stay with the same 10? they chose in march?

maybe there just very quiet , and dont want to admit to being wolves fans -
the only reason ford wants squads is because he is the best equipped for it, with the largest amount of riders currently on his books what squads would mean for him would be the ability to change his team on a regular basis as and when needed ie if he has a match at lakeside coming up he will change his squad to include lakeside track specialsts , he will also do this in all other matches , other teams would not be in a position to do this which would give him an infair advantage he already has an unfair advantage in that he can offer riders more money than any other club , riders nowadays go where the money is

i think your letting your disapointment at loseing cloud your judgement , match was pretty good raceing wise coventry really gave it 100% poole gated better , coventry used the dirt.......poole again showing a little dislike to a track with a very grippy outside line also thought it wud be buzz in 15, strange one as bjarne was getting the points but wasnt quite quik enough and i think to the riders that were missing i think coventry were a little weaker, kyle ws missing but you had pedersen at reserve, coventry were missing garrity and woryna both would of revvelled in the grippy outside line -

bates i think had the fastest time on the night , kurtz looked gd wen in front b pedersen heat time win was 62.1 josh went out and won the next in 59.4 hope middlo's blood pressures ok , he looked white as a ghost and was walking round in circles , but what a cracking match -

at the moment sarjeant is ahead of roynon, id the management had ambitions of the play off then a radical move was needed a heat leader should of been sought to replace garrity , then when garrity is fit he would probly of been able to replace worryna .. but judging by recent attendances why would mick chuck money away... -
matches are easily rearranged ,if poole have gone 6 weeks wothout a home match thats only the fault of management.... are they really going to arrange the whole seasons fixtures to the dates that these part time squad member can ride in ? ( so the idea is to concentrate on dates that the riders that dont want to ride over can possibly ride in just in the hope that a few of them will deecide to ride here in a few matches)? that will not work also only having a set day wont work over here with our weather pretty soon you run out of weeks to run matches meaning you have to run fixtures on off days and as like now when clubs have the ludicrous situation when they have to run 3 sometimes 4 matches a week just to get the matches in , having squads goes against the promoters mentality of having either r/r because it makes the team stronger or a good guest cuz he makes us stronger (paul starke) i presume squads will put a stop to this it has to, otherwise whats the point of squads! robert lambert was missing monday from kings lynns team with a broken finger, but rode tuesday in sweden these things will happen more with squads...

a sponge is a cheap filter , just there to stop bits getting into the system the only way youll find out if it hampers fuel flow is testing in the workshop

not really a short season thou 28 match league add challenges testimonials etc, then play off if get there ur lookin at about 36 matches
-
6 week break because of not enough meetings? .... wtf poole have ridden 5 less matches than the other teams so go figure that one out you'll now be hoping for no rain offs to get all remaining fixtures in, you now got 2 months(less than that if you consider we will have the world cup soon) to fit your 16 matches that you have left , how many a week does that work out at? poland /sweden the leagues that race once a week that everyone tends to quote have a match at home fortnightly meaning at home one week away the next works for them crouds are always good how can a home match every week work that means one away match a week aswell can fans afford two matches a week?
-
so ford wants more matches , this years elite is a 28 match format... add challenge or other meetings then playoffs and teams could be involved in close to 35/36 matches he also says he wants one match a week , is that one home or just one match cuz if its one home then there will inevitably be one away aswell meaning 2 aweek meaning riders flyin in out twice sometimes doesnt he think 30 odd a season is enough? more matches means more chance of rain offs , as it is now we struggle to get all matches finished in time for play offs if you look at the fixtures this year teams including poole have gone weeks without a match , they then have 3 in a week that to me is ludicrous so sort the fixtures out first dont go weeks without a match then moan about not enough matches
-
they would have to be on a retainer of some kind, because say for example if poole are looking to sign a rider that happens to be in another teams squad but hasnt yet been picked for a match he's unlikely to say no to being signed by poole if promised regular matches, it could open up a whole can of worms with clubs poaching other clubs squad members who due to not havin been picked much wouldnt say no .... this would happen due to there not being enough riders as it is
