http://www.svemo.se/sv/Grenar/Speedway/Elitserien2015/Aktuellasnitt/ Seems Jensen is listed without a nationality at the moment in Dackarnas squad. No idea why.

Coming from behind is not a reason to win a possible tie. Thats why there's a possibility to declare a tie and share the point.

Warsaw Gp Saturday 18th April
f-s-p replied to racers and royals's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
The inside post was leaning towards the track from the first test that I saw, after riders presentation before heat one. It was the first test that I saw since I did not stand trackside all day. Just POSSIBLY it created enough friction and every test was a step in the "wrong" direction? Regarding other things, I have not seen every of the 180'sh GP's. But having today gone through my pics I noticed/thought that never before I've seen a GP so full of commercials. There were some, but not a lot of the speedwaygp.com adverts on the fence, practically all the canvases that were covering the top rows in stands were sold... I tried to do the match just how much money was invested in the TG wins banners around the stadium, but just felt bad the more I thought about it... -
Is he the one who presumably changed from Danish nationality to Swedish after not getting rides earlier for DK? Dual citizenship changes things, like with Kylmäkorpi. He's allowed to by FIM rules to ride for two countries (FI and SE) in one season. One country in individuals and the other in team events. Timo Lahti is a citizen of Finland riding on Svemo license. Because of his Svemo license SML cant nominate him for the quali's. And because he's a Finnish citizen, Svemo's own rules dont allow him to get nominations.
-
OK, no probs. Just that he has to use Svemo license everywhere he rides. Its the FIM rule, you get your license from one FMN for a season.

WTF?

You are right. But it clearly states they (PZM) have the right to make changes in the program. So IMO once you had entered the stadium, you were basically only quaranteed that at one point you were expected to leave. -

I thought it was weird we were quoted UK law at the briefings on both days... But it was a PZM event and tickets were sold by Kupbilet, so different set of rules. Or might be. -

Exactly. Dont think I heard even one announcement during the weekend in English. I was in Poland, I get that, but the circumstances were a bit out of the ordinary. As someone who try's to push the sport in one's country, it all just got a lot harder since it feel the wall I had to lean on has disappeared with the events at Warsaw. I remember Marcin Babnis writing on his website how he had lost his enthusiasm for the sport after 20 years. I was certain at that time it would never happen to me... -
Was not willing to spend them 5 minutes... = ) Tampere United was thrown out for the reasons you mention from our top football league. Ilves on the other hand has now stepped up to the top league and will play this season after another club went bankrupt. But there is no pitch to play on at Ratina at this time. So they have a special agreement with the federation to play at Tammela, on the other side of the railway track..
-
Story on todays paper says the revamp of Ratina receives 500k € from UEFA and the Finnish FA. They think of buying a big videoscreen. That would be helpful for 2016. Also says that even with the work at the stadium the stadium is open. 5 big events this summer, of which none are actually football. But thats why they are doing the work, to get (think they have already) the big Finnish football matches because the Olympic stadium in Helsinki will be revamped shortly. Writer of the story remembers again tell how many loads of track material have been driven to the stadium for track work. Not one mention of the sport itself. : (

PZM Is the promoter of the event. They just pay for everything. They have no rights to create income. BSI rules... LOL -
You just cannot explain that hair.
-
Well it has almost a hundred views per post. Almost more popular than Finnish News ever was...

First reserve for the series, yes. Unless he withdraws himself after having signed on for practise. -
I do have an idea, yes. Though it's not quite what your after.
-
Twitter says Emil is injured. And sportowefakty says broken collarbone while riding motocross.
-
Yes. Hopefully though, the lesson learned with watering last year will be remembered.
-
... until after practise the day before the meeting BSI/FIM takes control of it. Which also makes a huge difference to the charasteristics of the track material. As seen last year.
-
It was promoter Jarno Kosonen. Also present were general manager Yrjö Laukkanen, clerk of the course Mika Laukkanen and Perttu Pesä from the city of Tampere. This was also reported in local general media.

You possibly read it from Spar, as I wrote it after attending a press conference at the track in mid December.
