  1. He's a Monster rider, rides for Team Monster in SBPC. Ohh and U21 Worlds and SBPC are both promoted by One Sport. Been about 15 years that we've had a rider "in the series". Kylmäkorpi was in the finals around 2000 and 2001 as a Finn.
  2. and Lindgren in the last one? MJJ seemed crap by his score?
  3. There's been several racing teams (two riders a team) in the SGP. They've just all faded away...
  4. Some of us have been waiting for SGP racing teams since 2004 atleast, some even longer. They are still individual efforts.
  5. Which is why I said weekend. Including friday night.
  6. In the bigger picture that weekend was probably one of the VERY few where the semi's were gonna fit with minimum hassle of doublebooking riders. Meaning a free sunday in Poland and stuff like that...
  7. F1 "rides" in Dubai as well, they can make a month of it with WSL starting, F1 in the middle and then SBPC topping the cake!
  8. So Milik is fit by Gorican round? Whats the condition of Riss after Abensberg? Thanks for the help in advance...
  9. 1. Not 100% certain, but tracks a fed's wanting to host a quali play a part. Also past merit for the fed is included. 2. No, they ask for qualifying places with out given a chance to affect where it is. All this is dealt yearly around November and then published. The most stupid thing about it is point 2. Like Finland asked for 2 GP quali slots, we got one to Kings Lynn. From the 4 meetings in the GP quali's that was the furthest location measured from Helsinki harbour. Same with U21 WC quali. So the federation ask's 100% commitment from the riders that want to win a world championhip/to take part, but cant tell you where you ride until 2-3 months later...
  10. So we bought tickets like normal people...
  11. I thought the current methanol used is exactly that, a biproduct from the paper industry aka "Skogsrest". .?
  12. Opened and checked, or serviced? Because that sounds just stupid. And Hampels 15 heats was stupid as well. But if the money is there, then why not.
  13. So Jonsson fails for a second week in a row. A draw for piggarna was a surprise, positive 1.
  14. Maybe the PR quote was correct, just that my line purely on Harris. Excuse's are sometimes valid. But still, I consider this to be sport and want to help and follow riders that have sporting ambitions. Money will come later on. Unless you start waiting for it after your first PL heat win and only eat McDonalds and drink Coke.
  15. Think you've misquoted for some reason... But while on the subject and me having some insight on the Lodz situation... Didn't he get his chance, scored 3,0,0,N and that was it? Like someone said, its "so easy" in Britain since you are alway in the team ('til you're dropped). In Poland the middle-order riders FIGHT over the couple of team places every friday.
  16. Out of all these qualis 2 best scorers who dropped out will be reserves in the challenge. 11 makes sundström a strong candidate.
  17. Thank god there are about 20 riders in the queu before him and the challenge is in Vetlanda(?)...
  18. The FIM pays and decide's prize money. Just a thought but are the riders actually doing everything they can and could do to gain more sponsorship through the SGP appearance?
  19. + injuries like broken thigh 2 years in a row and several bad bangs to the head. If I remember correct.
  20. Lahti to qualify from a track he's beaten riders that he's met. Though he missed the cut in Debrecen, 11+1 was still a good effort.
  21. Had forgotten Madsen. And it's a bit natural that they level off, 'cos they're unable to compete with Nicki and PUK. You need to be an extreme talent and have an exceptional back up team that just pulls you through (IN Denmark). What ever Phil has said, I'll just forward what Erik G said to me in 2014: "The next generation is ready and we are working with the following generation ATM." Just bad luck I guess that there's a brick wall standing in the way...
