I'm sure every1 on Facebook already knows, but Jesse Mustonen is healing well. Spoke to him last sun at Varkaus and he was on good spirits. I remember the first SMS I got from the incident and the next two days later. No way I would have thought to see him walking and smiling last weekend. Sometimes the surprises are nice!

World U21 team cup final Saturday August 18th
f-s-p replied to Bagpuss's topic in International World of Speedway
Woentin and Björling also crashed out at Varkaus. Woentin only hit his head but Björling hurt his wrist. -
Best updates ever on sportfakty!!!! so they found a rule to keep nowacki in but we found a mistake in the fim europe rulebook. By gones... mads Hansen deserved winner.
-
With jury consisting of a danish president, polish ref, finnish coc and a finnish delegate it apparently stands as Nowacki still in the meeting. Thats what it says on sportowefakty anyway at 2115 Polish time.
-
Thats what someone else said as well. But maybe they cocked up that one. Driving towards tomorrow so cant read... EDIT: ovf had to pee so I read the rules. gt final was by the book, but that sentence/chapter is missing from U19’s book. EDIT2: We’ll see, a jury meeting started at 7pm
-
My irritating way of asking is because I want another opinion. From any outsider. FIM Europe says its Nowackis place but rules and us say its Salonen’s.
-
Yes he was. But what does the rule say? I’ve read all three of them...
-
Interesting deveploment regarding Varkaus final, as a rider has withdrawn and FIM Europe has taken second reserve Kamil Nowacli to take his place. So first reserve from semi 1 Timi Salonen is still first reserve... Hmmmmn.... Anyone care to comment?

Big Boys Club gathering at Stockholm this weekend... I think I want to get in it. -
This weekend is the one weekend of the season when all FMNR`s have priority on their riders. PZM or any Polish club for that matter has no say where a British or Finnish rider rides this weekend, he rides where his FMNR says he rides. This is why we have the finnish, swedish, polish and danish finals this weekend. All agreed last winter between the big nations.

Just saw a poster on facebook with Inzell's dates like Jesper said.
-
Or maybe Froschauer just did not have the balls to exclude him or he was told not to... but if he really was over the allowed time, he should have been excluded.
-
So in reality we should have seen the last of Froschauer at GP/SWC/SoN level. Thats a pretty big mistake if you ask me.
-
All you currently lack is refs with a backbone to start excluding riders for 2 minute rule violations. When they start doing that, problem solved in a week without any fancy clocks.

So there really are things you dont know!! Actually no. 30 years ago maybe, but currently its a sunday event. Best and available riders from the friday can get a call for zlata stuha and the same goes with sat to sun. Now the date is late again but for example Ekstraliga playoffs have had their toll on the riders on show. -

And they have the Zlata Prilba, have had it for 69 years now. It’s their big meeting and they have that to organize. -
Didnt they sell tickets to Inzell last season before the calebdar was approved?
-
I think the venues have to be booked by now, wouldnt hold my breath about the calendars ATM.
