No he doesn't to my knowledge, it's an open meeting to get a full lineup. Jonas Davidsson won this a few years back... Mäkinen is still out with a broken fibula, 4 weeks to go... The new ones have now been declared crap by the FIM. In a more polite way of saying it the FIM has issued a statement in which the new cutout rule for this season has been put on hold and any cutout accepted in -07 or for -08 is now approved.

I think one of the isracing.net posters did the math on this early on in the season and totalled 16 Swede's in the Elitserien. Thats out of 56+ total. That's better than in Finland though, since last year we didn't have a full field for our national final.
