Flat Track Champions
f-s-p replied to britmet's topic in Grasstrack, Sidecar, Short Track and Cycle Speedway
Apparently the new flat track world champion is from Finland, Lasse Kurvinen. -
I get the point of 42 heats promised. I might be wrong, but didnt this meeting change to 21 heats after friday was cancelled? Racing was rubbish, it aometimes is. Regarding the ”forced” running of it on the saturday, I can only think of better tv figures for a reason. I for one turned off, but had the rain stopped, the last half could have been the best ever...
-
But thats a very basic rule in speedway, after 50% of the meeting the results can be declared. Sometimes it goes your way, more often it dont.
-
You mean by not choosing the riders that didnt want to ride for Poland earlier?
-
Never when E. Kennett rode

A nice girl talking foreign language on a subject not known to her and of no real interest to her. I know where you live, when this covid rubbish is over, I’m coming after you for the wasted 55 seconds of my life... -
Jus a small detail... found a story saying about the same, just that the site was unheard of for me.
-
I think its great that theres even one nation left where the team manager has some authority and balls to try and kerp the riders in line.

Drabik quit?
-
So you DO know! Bugger all that is... I have no problem with that. But people quoting that as a fact irritates me quite a bit. People not knowing or understanding quoting people who dont know winds me up big time. Thats my problem...
-
Which license does he have then from Poland/PZM? answer please. Only reason I picked up on this is that you stated a fact here, but now it seems you know bugger all about the subject.
-
Which license?
-
During a year he can only have one FIM license. That can change year to year though. When Kylmä was in the U21’s early 2k, he was Svemo rider in the finals from memory. Since 2003 when he qualified for the gp I’m close to bet that his FIM license said SML every year until he quit.
-
Why?
-
We are open, Sweden only for Svemo licence. Like many other, Lahti has dual passport, FMN license from Svemo and FIM license from SML.
-
My thoughts exactly, but Lahti only did what others had already done. And actually I think Lahti has ridden in both individual finals the same year... FI and SE.

2020 FIM Long Track
f-s-p replied to DutchGrasstrack's topic in Grasstrack, Sidecar, Short Track and Cycle Speedway
Longtrack needs taking over. Not really sure what anyone could do with it, but it’s not getting better if CCP is the promoter of it for 20 days a year. -
