Air Fence Safety Performance - Research?
f-s-p replied to Elephantman's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Indeed. Thats why IMO there's no FIM demand to have APD's in Premier league next season. Still they have been gathering money all season saying it's an FIM demand passed on by BSPA/ACU. -

HERE'S THE RULE page, rule 079.4 and it says "at all FIM speedway and longtrack". On page 3 it says all changes by 1st January 2013 in bold. So please, can you link the rule you are quoting! Because like I've already said, if your rule is real, that would finish speedway in Finland on the spot. -
Mine too. Though it was more of an last minute educated guess than an actual prediction. On Woffinden I've gone on record saying that there would have been better brits even, he's there as there has to be one british rider. And the latter part is still true. It's just that he did his tricks during the winter and a year later he's world number 1. And thats great to see...

Sgp/bsi And Sec/one Sport It Is War Now

The other is FIM/BSI and the other "FIM EUROPE" aka former UEM/SEC-Onesport. Thats the difference, two sides, two stories, one big umbrella at the top. -

When all this SEC business started to gather momentum, Frank(-z?) Ziegler was the head of the UEM CCP and also sat in the FIM CCP. Not that anyone is naming names, but certainly information HAS HAD to change hands all the time... -

With the eventual lottery money (I WILL win someday) I'll buy that former hotel with the "indoor" harbour about 100 meters from Il Molo. That'll be the day when I'll start living my dream... -
Yeah, but Kimi dont need help. But to the start of our chat, WHAT is he doing there. As I (not recall but) I'm told, Poland was closed(?) when he rode, so it's not like there's massive fanbase there to greet him? Or is there..?

Not was, IS. Part of the parcel and OK if it's for your benefit, sucks when it isn't.

Wasnt there an incident once where he was accused of this... White City? Helping mates to get through? Maybe I should stick to photo's... Thought it would work!

Finland has some great sceneries and places to be, but sitting on the Como shoreline with 2000 meters high pile of rock behind you and another in front of you on the opposite shore make's it all a bit different... Add to that some sun, drinks, white mountain peaks and being away from home... aaahhhh Would be a financial suicide to have a meeting in Finland during the midnight sun festival. Sure everyone has leave from work, no way they would spend it watching speedway and paying 50 euros for it. -

Varenna at Lake Como. EDIT: Though you cant all come... -
Ghostie knows better, but I believe Micke Teurnberg is the commentator (from a booth near Stockholm) for the Swedish live Viasat broadcast. Viasat also shows the GP in Finland, but I dont know anyone who's watched it. Stenlend and the other fellow I think are working for SVT and are live at every track.

Yes.

A rule should made for next years SGP that states that all kevlars and bike covers designed by Martin Smolinski or his team are forbidden... Wearing KW would probably even make him faster!
