Poole V Swindon 30 September 2013 Second Leg

Over 24 hrs still to go and already the anticipation is kicking in. Good luck to the Poole boys because I think we will need a bit of it to get through! As always, may the overall best team win and lets hope all the riders finish the meeting with a clean bill of health. -
Interesting......Thanks.

I wonder if we have seen the end of financial transfers of riders between clubs in the UK?

Poole V Swindon 30 September 2013 Second Leg

I admire the optimism Synikalle, let's hope you are right!? -
As predicted, this Swindon team was too strong for Poole. We might well win at home but it won't be enough points overall because all Swindon have to do is to at least obtain 2nd and 3rd places and they are on the way to the final because they won't cave in and give up a 10 point lead. Well done the Robins on a thoroughly professional and spirited performance.

I'm not the first to say they are leaving only to come back and not the first to change my username. I took time away from here after retiring internetman. That's why I now use my new name of Poole Quay 7. Therefore, internetman no longer posts on here and which is something I previously explained on here. So no " porkies " on my behalf.... only a change of mind. I hope that answers your observations on me.

Yeah but it's still rather strangely amusing watching him tie himself in knots with his own words and then he ends up telling porkies to try and get out of the mess he created! And by the way, he goes from one thread to the next disagreeing with plenty of others posters as he poorly attempts to enforce his warped sense of logic on whatever subject matter.

I couldn't care less what the bookmakers think or even Matt Ford's and Rosco's mind games. At the end of the day,Swindon made the conscience decision to chose Poole from the 3 other teams available because they see themselves as favorites to beat us. Therefore, Poole have nothing to lose and everything to gain particularly when you consider the injuries we have endured throughout the season. As always, good luck to both teams and over two legs - may the best team win......And I expect that to be Swindon! Thank you for pointing that out!.....Still nothing else changes.

Another classic case of the Dingle troll displaying his troll logic and blinkered dislike of Poole Speedway.......Which of course he will deny like the true troll he is and yet we see him on to every Poole thread like a rash - leaving his flaming rhetoric messages with the sole intention to stir....How sad

Looking ahead to these two meetings, my anticipation levels are getting higher each day and win or lose - I can't wait to get it started and I think that shows what a good success the play-offs actually are. I'm not playing a game of psychology, but I have genuinely thought all season that this particular Swindon team is too strong for anyone in the Elite League to beat over two legs. However, it's that wonderful maybe......just maybe lady luck will come down on our side but time will tell? If we go into these meetings firing on all cylinders throughout the team, then we can give Swindon a hell of a run for their money.....Monday can't come around quick enough!
-
I've said all-along that I can't see any team beating this Swindon line-up but the Poole team could well give them a run for their money and over two legs, it could all blow up in Rosco's face because the pressure is now firmly on Swindon next Monday. After the season of injuries we have endured, we ( Poole ) are just grateful that we have actually made the play-offs and now we have nothing to lose. So lets get it on and as always, may the best team win and hopefully, that will be Poole Speedway! Up The Poole Pirates.

King's Lynn V Stoke (nl) - Thursday 5th September 2013

Another daily dig at Poole ( and others ) with the trade-mark, trolling one-liners, from the man who loves to give it out - then spends the rest of his time pathetically attempting to defend himself on other threads from people who also find his rambling style offensive. I don't think I have ever seen the term " Get a Life " be more applicable towards one person. -
Indeed, good news for Swindon and well done to the sponsors
