I can't see the need for Matt Ford to come out with this as nothing can be gained from it. I've already said that taking into account the whole season, then Kyle Newman was my man of the season with Magic a close second. Personally, I can only see how much Darcy let us down than what he actually contributed.

A mention to the Coventry fans on here who have been very sporting in defeat....Well done to all I was thinking who my Poole rider of the year would be and the two names that come to mind straight are Kyle Newman and Maceji Janowski. It's a tough one to call - particularly after Magic's brilliant ride in heat 13 that finally broke Coventry's spirit. But when you take in the whole season then for me, Kyle just gets his head over the line closely followed by Magic. Well done and also big thank thank to all the quests who wore the Skull & Crossbones throughout the season

This is very to close to call and I fully expect Coventry to try and hit us hard from heat one. If Hans is on form then he could well swing it? I'm looking forward to the meeting but the butterflies are starting to kick in already! Lets hope for a great meeting and may the best team win.....And if that's Coventry, then I hope that includes the full firework display to go with the trophy
