If you click Venue on the home page it says the name of the venue, in Beaumont Leys. It also states the address/postcode. We are not attempting to dupe people into buying tickets. Overall the event is in Leicester. It makes it more search engine friendly, easier to list on event websites, easier to find via Eventbrite and Ticketmaster and also more appealing to people based in other locations around the East Midlands. We will take off 'City' to avoid confusion like you say. But, there was more to it than meets the eye. Hope this clears things up.

We've got a few tricks up our sleeve when it come's to the presentation . This is simply for promotional purposes. Much easier to sell tickets when the event is in 'Leicester City', rather than a place most people outisde of Leicester won't know. But yes, the event is taking place at Leicester Speedway.

The Speedway feature will be presented differently to what the fans will be used to seeing. We have sold a lot of tickets to the general public already with the help of Ticketmaster, many of whom don't really know what Speedway is, so we want Speedway to come across as a modern, fresh and exciting sport.

The Speedway feature of the show is being run by the Leicester promotion, and we have worked with them to integrate Speedway into our show. Therefore under correct governing, licensing and insurance. Unlike the 'series' that I think you may be referring to. Please see September Fixtures on the official speedwaygb site for confirmation of this.

We used some footage off YouTube as we don’t have any of our own at the moment. The line-up is yet to be announced, but we can confirm that it will include a mixture of fans favourites and stars of the Elite League. We are due to announce some of the line up in time for Cardiff weekend and also a major Midland based sponsor of the event. I would also like to add that we have had tickets on sale actively for 12 days, and we have had a very good response from the general public via Ticketmaster and our website. So expect to see a lot of new faces being amazed by some sideways Speedway racing!

The Freestyle Show UK 'Drift vs Freestyle' @ Leicester City, September 14th 2013 The Freestyle Show UK features the most exciting and adrenaline pumping sports from around the UK. We show off a hand full of the UK's best Freestyle Motocross riders, doing the best tricks possible to simply stun the crowd! Then we add a pinch of sideways action, with the a selection of the best motorcycle drifters, racing around a dirt track, on bikes that accelerate to 60MPH in the same time as a formula one racing car, but with no brakes to slow them down! A wide selection of freestyle motocross tricks such as the “superman seat grab”, “Indian air”, “heel-clicker”, “rock solid”, “double-nac”, “switch blade”, “kiss of death”, “lazy boy” and many more. Many of these moves will result in the rider exiting their seat, taking their hands off the handlebars and rotating their body around the bike! The riders will compete for the crowd’s appreciation individually, as well as putting on a "choreographed" show which includes 3-5 riders hitting air at the same time and backflips!
