Starman, I hope you are right about Darcy not going down the pub as much. The same goes for any of the other alleged bad habits he has had in the past. I admire talent whoever it is, and would love Darcy to use his undoubted talent to the maximum.

Very true hurricanes, the racing has improved as the season has progressed. My question is reference to the shape of the track being changed a bit more. For the record i'm not one of the gang that only post to moan.Having been a few times this season, I would welcome any work that would improve the racing, especially if they are in the same League as Panthers next season.

Wards reflexes would improve if he decided to take a leaf out of Tai's book, and gets himself down the gym more often, & the pub less often. Would love to see a fully committed Ward in the GP next season, & think he could win it, because he has so much natural ability.

Really good to get information regarding track preparation Glyn. A very challenging job when the weather is favourable, so this time of year must be a nightmare. Are there any plans to work on the track during the winter to improve the racing ?

Be good to watch Panthers at Leicester, but it would be even better if the track was put right, because everything else is perfect for the top league in my opinion.

Philip Rising in my opinion is very good at giving information on this forum, & its always fair & balanced. The forum would be a much worse place without him.

Just imagine how good this meeting could have been if it was held on a proper race track. Been to Rye House for this meeting the last 2 years, & the racing has been terrible. Time to move it to Lynn or Peterborough in my opinion.

Think its more about attitude than age. Most riders could get an extra 20% improvement if they spent more time in the gym, & less time in the pub. Another big factor is sponsorship. Woffie is a good example, because he has dedicated his life to speedway, & is reaping the benefits. Pedersen, Hancock etc are prolonging their careers doing the same.

Is Adam Roynon fit again ? Hats off to him if he is.

If Scunny keep the 6 that finished the season, what points are left to replace Howe. Sorry in advance to David, but im not sure that you will be fit for the start of the season , or if you are planning on riding next year in the Premier League. If you are, then I wouldn't want to be picking the team, because nobody deserves to be left out in my opinion. The team that finished the season would have won the League if we had started with them in my opinion.

Shame Joe has decided to take a break, because he made great strides last season. Expect finance is a big issue, because on good equipment he is a useful rider. Hope he comes back next year.

Now you need to try again Neb, because that is not true. He only left because the Leicester management decided to rest Lewis in favour of Branford. If you know any of the Leicester riders, you will realise that most of them don't get on with the track. Lewis didn't do too bad with the track Saturday from where I was standing.

I await your version of events with interest Neb. The meetings Blackbird was asked to cover were meetings when Branford was riding abroad. Instead of just saying im wrong, tell me why im wrong. I hope all the young Brits find regular Premier & Elite berths,but don't think the Leicester track helps their confidence. The last statement is just my opinion, & is not meant to stir the anti Leicester mob up again.

Didn't look like Ricky hit the fence from where I was, but it looked serious. Just hope & pray that he makes a full recovery, because that's all that really matters.

Neb ive done my homework, & trust me that's the FACTS.

Blackbird was asked to share with Branford & decided he needed a full time Premier League spot & Scunthorpe were looking to replace Bates. If Leicester hadn't introduced Branford, Lewis would have still been a Lion. So as it has turned out, with Branford scoring less than Blackbird,it was a bad decision by the management. Think they got carried away with Branfords under 21 win.

Well Lewis Blackbird certainly came back to Leicester & proved a point. He rode really well, & showed the Leicester management that they made a huge mistake in letting him go. Throw in Lewis Kerr, & they have let 2 up & coming Brits go elsewhere & prosper. Wonder if Branford will do the same if he can go to a track that doesn't knock the confidence out of him.

Praying that Ricky makes a full recovery. Top rider & top bloke. Hope the moron who was shouting abuse last night wakes up this morning & realises the impact their actions must have had on Ricks family & friends who were present last night. Total 100% knobhead.

Wonder if Branford will continue the trend for reserves who leave Leicester & improve like Kerr & Blackbird ? Think the Leicester management have been a bit quick to dump him, especially as Sargeant is a rider who will score about the same points.
