Well the promoters need to negotiate a cheaper rent, because if they go bust, the landlords will get no rent.

Leicester is a cracking venue, & if the track alterations are completed, it could be a viable business for the right people. I would definitely attend more often, because the viewing & atmosphere is brilliant in my opinion.
