If Glasgow go into the Premier League, we could still have Harris. Add Mountain & Heeps if Ipswich go up, & it's a good start to the team in my opinion.
Albert, hope you are right because I love watching speedway at one of the best tracks in speedway. Can you explain why Godfrey keeps talking about closing the place down if he is making so much money ?
Being realistic, with the crowds that Scunny get, you are unlikely to have a team of expensive riders. Think you need to gamble on Nielsen & Lyager to improve. Auty looks likely to be in the team, along with Allen.
Just hope that Ged keeps Panthers on track next season, because he is the best promoter we have had, & if he walked away, the sport would be losing a massive promoter of speedway, especially the youth side of it.
Well done Witches, brilliant response to losing Rory, especially the 2 young lads at reserve. The travelling support made a brilliant atmosphere, & I hope & pray that we are back next season.
Bit of a hollow victory over Glasgow, as we shouldn't have had a facility for Holder, but Ipswich have done the same with Sedgeman, so will be happy to win the cup. Think it will be very close over the 2 legs, with the reserves key to who picks up the trophy.
Godfrey need's to concentrate on making Scunthorpe more viable, & not get involved with other clubs business, as it would be a massive loss to speedway if they had to drop down to the National League.
