Slightly better chance if we sign Thorssell or Masters, if either is omitted from Wolves. -

Good luck in heats 13 & 15 if the second team is correct !! -

Bloody hope so, because we are in trouble if we don't sign him !!! -
Think you know that the admission fee wont go down. A price freeze is the best you can hope for.
-
Brilliant, if Rob Grant reads this forum, he can PM me to sort my commission out lol.
-
Are you putting any money into the new promotion THJ ?

Josh is as mad as a box of frogs, but a good lad deep down. Remember when he was sharing a reserve berth with Lewis Blackbird at Wolves, & he turned up with another black eye. When he was asked what he had been up to, he replied he had been fighting again. When I pointed out he hadn't done much fighting if he had got a black eye, he wasn't very impressed lol. Hope he has an injury free season, because he has the potential to improve his average if he does.

Carl Blackbird was forced to ride for Edinburgh many years ago, FACT. -
On a guaranteed fixed payment, & was poor to be fair. Pay him per point, & he might be ok. Personally think he will be a poor signing average wise, but time will tell.
-
Really ? Stop a major hobby in retirement for £1, what can you actually buy for £1 in this day & age ?
-
Good luck to Glasgow next season. Brilliant owners who have improved every aspect of the club. They are entitled to pay good wages, & some people are jealous of this. Hope they win the league next season.

Whilst you post a lot of good points regarding the problems in our sport, you are the only one who seems to be pleased that it's struggling. Can't help but find that sad to be honest.

So do I, as Newcastle speedway has always been a favourite place to visit for me over the years.

Think it's obvious that Panthers in the top league is only to make the numbers up for a TV deal, so I fully expect us to be the weakest team next season. -
That would be my guess as well.
-
Would love to see Buxton run again.
-
If the rumours are true, & Ged is taking over at Newcastle, it will be good for the club, in my opinion. His enthusiasm & drive was sorely missed when he left Panthers.
-
Don't tell Ged your views, as he used to be Ulric's mechanic & sponsor lol.

Sounds like KKS to me. -
Championship League Team Points Limit

A bricklayer or plumber are self employed for example, but it's different to someone who buys a restaurant. Think we need to start a separate thread for any more discussion on this subject, as it's hardly relevant to championship league team points. I acknowledge it's me that has taken the thread off track. -

Self employed is your own business, but running a business means you also means you employ people as well, in my opinion. -

Self employed is different to running your own business, but fair play to you for putting your cash into Workington. -

I also sponsored Lewis Blackbird for 4 seasons, with my company logo on his bike & leathers.
