Jacks version of events is very different to mr Godfreys statement in today’s speedway star. scunny are however changing their air fence to a polyfoam fence like kings lynn Glasgow and Berwick which should be much better than the current air fence.

Phil Morris appointed Premiership CEO

The irony is that no one knew this job existed. No advert in the speedway star asking for applicants. Were there other candidates or was Phil picked by the BSPL. personally I think it’s a great appointment and hopefully he remains in charge for many years. -

Absolutely no need to look for a new site. There is a track and a landlord who has to build a new stand at the Abbey. -
I think if people were allowed in the promotion would be changed full rental from spedeworth.

At least if we can’t get Emil we can have Noddy instead -
Looking at pictures of heeps from Australia this winter he looks like he has piled on even more weight.
-
I’d love to see another lynn Ipswich double header at Easter.

Because Ipswich are professional and won’t announce til he has the clearance to ride in the uk. look pretty silly if they announce him and red tape stops him riding. emil has agreed terms and Ipswich want him but that’s only two thirds of the deal completed. The final third is getting through the red tape. that may take time but IiF it happens it will be a big coup for the premiership. -
I wouldn’t have Tungate under any circumstances
-
I’m surprised dudek hasn’t been mentioned. He is interested in the uk. Providing his financial terms are met. Another top quality rider who would be tremendous for Ipswich.

Some things are well worth waiting for.

Peterborough fans seem more concerned than the witches fans do. if plan A or B doesn’t come off there is always zagar who might be tempted.

John and Chris Louis have steered the ship since 1989 and run the club as their sole business and not as a play thing or a tax dodge. much rather have them than a mick Horton thank you very much. -
I can see how successful cam will be over a season on press and practice day. If he has more than one chin he will disappoint. he is extremely talented but also lazy. When he knuckled down he was brilliant but he is probably 2-3 stone overweight for a speedway rider. imagine putting a 2stone weight on Doyle’s bike and see the difference that would make on his results !!!! i honestly thought having Doyle in the team would inspire heeps to be more professional but he obviously can’t be bothered to put the effort it. very sad as he could be so much better.

According to Tungate he is only doing Poland and Sweden for the forthcoming season. Interview on Australian tv. -
Does batch not live in the uk full time anyway ?

Running Saturday afternoon could be beneficial for fans who want to take in Berwick after Workington.
-
For me this is the reason I stopped going having been a fairly regular supporter since 1992. I would return if they could run a meeting in a decent time. I know many more who feel the same. This isn’t knocking the commitment of the promotion and the many volunteers but until this problem is addressed I won’t return. I also think the low points limit which made teams sign 3 pointers who possibly were not ready for league action didn’t help.

Hume as mountain struggles to get round foxhall and Danyon is very popular with the locals with his efforts
-
Isn’t Emil on a polish license and has dual nationality ?
-
Who would have thought Ipswich would have signed tomasz Gollob in 98. But they did and retained him. I would be amazed if the Emil deal went through but he would definitely be box office in the uk again like when he rode for Coventry.
