Leaving Ablitt’s last ride to heat 14 was ridiculous from Havvy. Should have had his three rides earlier. Bomber will win heat 15 and we need a second for a point.

Next heat decides meeting. Heat advantage to Berwick and it’s all over. And we are stuffed with ablitt and Zach.

Pirates getting their setups sorted. Flint should have been excluded first running imo.

I think we are not gating and being punished, rightly, for it. But the riders are so spread out it’s a joke. And Poole gate in heat 8 and Pjiper, unbeaten in his first two, made no challenge.

BSN guy saying the track is like Lurpak. Totally spreadable (out) Thinks Poole won’t get close to Berwick the way track us riding. I agree.

It’s a complete gating to first bend comp and Berwick are dialled in. Fill your program in down the back straight of lap one. Awful rubbish. Lawson couldn’t get close to riders like Pjiper. Berwick fans. How can you turn up to watch ‘racing’ like this?

Difficult to believe after the crap churned out last night at Edinburgh, but this is even worse. I am hoping Bomber misses the start to show passing can be done. Really awful stuff. Pirates miles off form and no way will we retain our title with the way the riders are underperforming.

Riders hugely spread out a processional borefest. Expect Harris to miss the gate and come through but the rest just follow the leader. Need to gate!

Harris wins by a mile. If you don’t gate you don’t win. Was follow the leader last year with the whole meeting from the gate. Worrall not even close to second.

Went to this fixture last year and Brennan guesting won it for Berwick. Looks a decent turnout. Difficult track to ride but we need to get something out of this.

Yes agree. Not gated once. A couple of the riders, Kemp and Ben Cook, hesitant into bend three when some charging required.

Not going to come away with anything tonight, which is a shame as we have been the better team except when up against Pickering and Masters on their own track.

As expected no answer in 13 and 15 for them to win. But an absolute dire meeting. No passing at all.

Boris is the Start Marshall. No passing so far but that could change. Problem Pirates have is heats 13 and 15 when we might not have any real answer to Pickering and Masters around here.
