  1. Hi Jenkie We've sat in all three tiers and can honestly say we've never had a bad view. The very first year we sat in about row 14 on the lower tier and we only had one row of people sat in front of us, so I guess that roughly the first 12 rows are cordoned off unless its changed over the years.
  2. Really feel for Tobi. After the brilliant week he's had at domestic level, such a shame to end the week in this way. Hard luck Germans. Well done Hungary.
  3. Well done Tobi. Also well done to Davey Watt and David Howe.
  4. I take it you wasn't at the New Inn then!? I know what I saw, and it was the same as the ref. Good enough for me.
  5. Thanks for posting that Seb! I despair that people are still after all this time blaming Nicki for the slightest bit of controversy he gets into. As said before, ref spot on.
  6. Agree 100%. Also, I thought that Lee Richardson came across very well and should be a regular, he definitely knows what he's talking about. I think Sams going senile! Good to see a ref making the correct decision too. Well done to Leigh on his win, it certainly meant a lot to him. Also well done to Jarek, now show some of that spirit while riding for ipswich!
  7. Same for me in reverse. The end of the Hawks and the end of Hackney riding top flight speedway was the end for me. Just couldn't get into it any more and i didn't go to another meeting in 15 years! I've always been a snob!
  8. Who moi? H was always going to be there, shes just unaware of the sleeping arrangements!!
  9. If it had been any rider other than Scott the Coventry fans would have them hung, drawn and quartered by now! I think this thread proves who most Coventry fans would keep if they had to choose between them. It looks like Scott has finally got that legend status he has wanted for so long.
  10. Obviously I felt it only right to give the others a chance this year! And many thanks for running the comp again.
  11. Took me a second to get that! Maybe your namesake's Mum will take your Dad away with her!
  12. Tut-tut Boxer, time to move on! I watched the race as a bit of a neutral. None of the three are particular favourites of mine but I would have liked the Brits to go through. So in my opinion with no bias, I thought Scott was very harsh and lucky not to be excluded.
  13. Well done AJ, the best rider won on the night. Bad luck Hans. That rut proved very costly but he accepted it with dignity. Wouldn't like to be him in the morning though! The night was slightly marred by the run-off farce but on the whole not a bad night of speedway. I hope to be there next year. I'd just like to wish AJs Mum a happy holiday.
  14. I think Scott can count himself one very lucky boy not to be excluded. Extremely harsh move out of desperation. I wouldn't be very happy if I was Bomber.
  15. Had to be done, anything other than a place in the top 3 is failure for me. Wouldn't have had any chance by going for the safer 1 point options. Still I've blown it now anyway
  16. Sounds good then Martin and Tobi get two rides each. Sorted! I'm disappointed that Tobi didn't get the nod as wild card but good luck to Christian.
  17. Have to agree with Shawn. Leigh still has much to give and much to gain. Would be a shame not to see him in the number 2 race jacket next season.
  18. I admit I wasn't a fan of Nickis last time he was World Champ, but he won me over and I'm now a big fan and I'm delighted for him. The most exciting rider in the world and thoroughly deserving the title. Well done Nicki.
  19. We can all be biased. Hope it is Tobi, he has certainly done his job for Ippo this year and is not undeserving of a place.
  20. No mate, some might disagree ( ) but you don't write rubbish!
  21. Out of order...again! When you've been part of these forums for 6 years I might consider reading your rubbish again!
