  1. Was not a comparison, unlike some i don't live in the world of duality. Planet earth myself, don't know about you.
  2. Its about the first time he's ever let Berwick down, 17 points at Sheffield and in 48 hours his bikes are in eastern europe!! His problems were either electrical or carb issues, christ man the guy has one duff meeting and he's Satan!!!
  3. Yes Garrity hit him with his helmet, but Sneddon was wearing a helmet! As for Sneddon's past, that was a long time ago, found speedway and turned his life around.
  4. Apparently outside of speedway he is a very nice man. So i've been told by a few people anyway!
  5. Seems speedway riders just aren't the men they used to be! Never hear Villopoto,Dungey,Stewart ect complaining about wet mottos, they just get on with it.
  6. Speedway seems to be about the only motorsport that does'nt have a range of tyre's to suit different conditions. could a wet weather tyre not be developed? de tune the engine, stick a big nobbly on and ride according to conditions..
  7. I got Totally peppered at Berwick last week. What a mess, covered from head to toe, Dirt deflectors are crap
  8. Jack Barnicle is the new Tony millard. I love this guy
  9. Yeah can't blame Kevin for being a bit mad!I I would be leaving a darkened room, with nice new underwear in around 20 minutes time had it been me who had almost been fenced at that speed by a team mate!
  10. Funny stuff, But can't be good for team spirit! Gotta say Bellego is riding like a bit of a nutter at times this season..Can't knock his effort though
  11. Gottta have the correct kind of riders to see a good meeting at Berwick. Wide riding leg trailing nutters. Complin,Vissing,Auty,Rampala. what a race!
  12. Was always gonna be with that forcast, should of been off long ago..
  13. Oh my Odin. wow, incredible stuff. He's like the school bully who would beat you up for trying to do well at school! lol lol lol KID
  14. Don't think i've ever seen Lawson overtake anyone. Amazing gater though
  15. They really are. Sadly Hold on, i reckon Glasgow have the edge at reserve! He's replacing thomsen
  16. Berwick really should of got Hansen when they had the chance. That guy would of ripped up the PL!
  17. I like Barrett. He's got a nice controlled style, looks good on a bike and rides very well around Ashfield. Reckon that crash on bend 3 at Berwick done him no favours. Gotta remember that crashing a motorbike at 60plus mph takes it out of you! With a fresh start and some luck he would be a good bet.
  18. Phil Jeffrey. Not the best diamond but really tried hard and was so unlucky with crashes that were never his fault, Mick Poole nearly killed him!
  19. Must of still been in race mode! From what you say he seems a good guy, great to watch. remember his first meeting at Berwick, i think his first meeting in the uk, he was totally mental! Had some great scraps with Peter Scully if i remember right!
  20. At last years world cup at Kings Lynn, during the Denmark victory parade a large number of Danish fans were cheering and shouting at the Danish team in Danish. Every member of the Danish team acknowledged the fans who had travelled a long a way to support them, apart from Pedersen who completly ignored them!
  21. Guess the meaningless part is pretty subjective. Depends on what you hope to get from this speedway meeting. Fifteen heats of innumerable moments in time in a constant image [unless you blink or get get hit right on the eye ball by shale] for your eyes to send to your brain and store away. Who knows, your brain may enjoy what it sees and remember the image of a great race forever. And the riders are at work. it sure means something the them. Oh and the weathers gonna be great. Summer'Sunshine'friends. It's a long winter
