Jack Smith certainly puts the effort in. 100%. Gives it a good shot every time I've seen him in the last couple of years. To me he's improving steadily and seems to have way more aggression. Would of been happy to of had him at Berwick. Real shame these boys ain't got a team place👎

Hopefully if you do build a new track Workington style, it will be the same dimensions as the showground track. A perfect replica on a new piece of land. Many of the 4tt was some of the best speedway I've ever seen.

Ace piper was responsible for Connor Coles nasty injury at Berwick last season. He didn't take the first bend and took Connor with him. Maybe Coles just seen red after Ace almost done him again. Not intentionally for sure tho, he's a kid trying hard

Definitely coles, he had a good season. Wonder what are the chances of getting Jordan Jenkins? none probably! Certainly looks like he loves Berwick. Guess Oxford will be keeping a tight hold. If Flint and more so Etheridge can perform like they have the last few weeks but throughout the season then yeah. I know he's been mostly poor but If Jye can get a good injury free run he could turn it all around. He's had some pretty heavy whacks

Berwick can be brilliant..It can be awful too. It seems to be a track that suits a certain kind of rider, ie flat out mad men. People that are comfortable at high speed near the fence..it aint for everyone, but with the correct riders i think it can give some good racing.

Ive had arm pump when downhill mountain biking! It can get you when you least expect it, ive had it out of the blue a few times. No option but to stop riding for 10 mins, just cant hang on any longer, cant feel your hands and feels like arms are made of metal, it is awful and very painful, but quite suprising for a pro speedway rider to suffer it.

Thought all the team rode well. Great meeting

My dad talks of Josef riding at Berwick in a Berwick v West Germany fixture. i think Josef was killed not too long after this meeting. He remembers him flying round the boards in spectacular fashion! My father never forgot him. RIP Josef. Ride the stars.x

Remember when Belle Vue didnt bother to turn up at Berwick in 1991. Big crowd in the stadium, think they arranged a mini meeting with berwick riders and second halfers!
