Pirates Season Tickets now available. £185 (Adults) for 11 meetings (8xChamps; 2x BSN;1x KO Cup) seems very good value compared to others that have already announced?!
Plus 10% off in track shop and Invite to P&P day on 22nd March at 3pm.
Hasn't the SCB's Jim Lawrence stated recently that the rule book is being re-written for 2023 and beyond?! I'm sure there was a big interview with him several weeks ago in Speedway Star!
...and all thanks to the betting companies advertising spend with Sky/BT, which in turn goes to the clubs by way of broadcasting contracts!
If the Govt ever gets round to banning gambling advertising/sponsorship, then Sky/BT Sports and the Premiership clubs in particular will be well and truly f****d!!
In my experience of Wednesday clubs signing riders who also ride in Denmark, it'll depend a lot on what Danish sponsors (and British ones come to that) want him to do!!
What's wrong with saying that? He's signed up in Denmark who run on Wednesdays. It's already been said that Brum should have precedence so let's hope that proves to be the case!
By his own admission in recent interviews Lawson has said 9 times out of 10 if he's on a 5-1 he will let his partner win the 3 whilst he settles for 2 plus bonus point!!
Hence a slightly lower CMA for team building opportunities.
Antonio Lindback (Poole) and Charles Wright (BV) are the first 2 riders announced (although I'm told Dan Bewley is also confirmed if not required in Poland).
I think Scunny will have the slight edge at home (even though I disagree that Mountain is better then Z.Cook!), but Poole will have a huge advantage at Wimborne Road!
