The disappointment is the size of the defeat, bearing in mind previous results at Oxford this season have been a win by 3 points and a loss by only 2 points! No body is saying Poole should have won but the overall scoreline was disappointing and caused the Poole promotion to comment accordingly - taking nothing away from Oxford, the team in form whereas Poole had a blip as in June 2022.

Maybe 'lull' is the wrong word?! But public comments from Danny Ford and Middlo after the Oxford scoreline would suggest the management is treating it seriously as unacceptable!

Poole are having their usual mid-season (June) lull so anything could happen! Last season We lost at home to Leicester, spoiling our unbeaten home record, and then drew at- home with Plymouth in June so who knows?

I thought Rew said his schedule was too busy to fit Championship fixtures in? Of course that may change later..... New GSAs should be out this coming week for 1st July, so all will be clearer as to what the options might be.

Maybe if all the Competition Finals (KO Cup/BSN) were scheduled for after the August cut-off, then perhaps they could all be included in the GSAs rather than just League fixtures.

Lets hope Batch has kept himself and his machinery upto scratch (hardly race-fit?!) to do the Biz for Brummies. As for next season surely Fridays would be the option, with doubts over Edinburgh and always the possibility that Glasgow might 'move up'!!

Not sure Kyle's League scores so far will take his average above Anders from July 1st? Anders has been mostly scoring above his average as well (with the exception of Redcar away for both)
