Yeah but individual meetings are notoriously poorly attended especially if its on an off-racenight. And I can't see 12 different tracks attracting fans from 11 other clubs on a Monday night.
Covers have been on at the Coliseum so any earlier rain shouldn't be an issue.
update at 1835 -riders on their trackwalk so shouldn't be too long to find out if the track is too soft in places!
Richard reports nothing broken, just some ligament damage and a badly swollen ankle. Resting up.
He's included in the Poole 1-7 (if fit). Brummies have Josh Pickering guesting for Morris.
This will be Kyle Newman's last outing at 2 and Anders at 6 before they swap for September
I merely asked after his team mate! I would have made the same comment whichever rider found himself off gate 4 and in the fence through no fault of their own!
I've said before I don't think finishing top this season is as important as other seasons. Poole are capable of beating any of the other 5 teams on aggreagte - yes even Oxford as we won't lose there by as many as before!
No, Poole v Brummies is the only meeting on Wednesday. A bit dodgy using anyone from Oxford or Glasgow whilst top spot is still up for grabs, especially as some clubs feel its imperative they finish top?!
My choice would be Pickering as it would be in his (Edinburgh's) interest for Brummies to be well beaten!!
