I doubt Mark Phillips will pay any fine, he'll just withdraw Plymouth from the League in 2024 and join the NORA set-up! Its highly likely that he would do that anyway prior to any SCB punishment.

to be fair after his last few meetings, his services weren't up to much anyway!! However to be serious, the guy has some major health issues to overcome, and for his own good and others, he should have to pass some sort of approved health exam before being allowed back.

So in your scenario are you keeping the same fixed racenights? Not sure Glasgow would suit that?

If you are proposing a full season of fixtures, what makes you think that the Polish Extraliga will release riders that they have contracted? IMO if there is to be any sort of 'senior' league then it will take the form of an early season competition to include any 'Superstars' that can be afforded, within a suitable line-up (5man; 6 man or even 7 man) THose teams could then also compete in a strengthened Championship, on their chosen racenights and without the 'Superstars' to a sensible team building average.

Having watched the whole meeting on BSN and then having just read the Berwick meeting report on their website, I can't believe I watched the same meeting?! I know clubs try to 'spin the positives for their own fans' but surely theres a limit. BTW well done Glads (or as Barker continued to call them 'Devils') and well done Joe.

Not having a pop at him at all,but I have said previously on here that I think he should just have stuck to Championship stuff this year. Just my opinion.

The only thing having a couple of GP standard riders in a team guarantees is a big hole in the club's (or sponsor's) finances!!
