I think Doyley already had contracts sorted abroad - in fact he would still have raced in the Polish/Swedish leagues even if his UK visa application had finally failed. As regards the '20 hours', I don't believe him being an EL Number 1 with Leicester will allow him to do any PL meetings

Was it a decent crowd?? Many visiting supporters or mainly Wolves fans?

The 20 hours is supposed to be 'of the same level', ie EL standard only if my understanding is correct.

When the fixtures were first announced I assumed the Poole meeting would be 12 noon, but was told 11.00am!! Haven't seen it confirmed anywhere else yet though.

A huge crowd expected!! Gates to open 30 minutes earlier than usual, at 6pm. Maybe that's part of the problem of leaving the SKY TV deal announcement so late, coupled with the new early date for the ERC?! All clubs will have done their financial projections for the season to include an amount from each shared event. The advance ticket deal was clearly something done 'at the last minute' and I guess if too many took up the half price offer, it could have a major quite an effect on their budgets!!!!!!??

EL prices would have been cheaper this season if the PL promoters hadn't kicked up such a fuss and s**t themselves!!!

Riders will prefer the same 'pairings' on a regular basis, but I can certainly see a number of clubs using a 'home' riding order and an 'away' riding order to suit different tracks. Lets just hope that all the numbers are interchangeable on kevlars and bikes!!!!!!!???

Part of the issue here is the late announcement of the dates ie after the official cut-off date for all 'international fixtures'!!! There would be nothing to stop more rounds being added by One Sport which could then conflict with a British team entry!!?
