The 'too many fixtures' argument only applies to GP riders and now some in the SEC. There are still loads of other heat leader quality riders - British and foreign - who need a decent number of fixtures to make a living!!

Dudek's substance is considered 'performance enhancing' whereas Ward's is not! So there is an argument for a lesser punishment. Not saying I agree with that but there is that option! The difference in punishment is from 6 months to 2 years max for Dudek's crime, compared to a reprimand upto a max of 2 years for Ward's!

The SS is also reporting that DW is awaiting a date for an FIM Medical Jury hearing, from which recommendations for punishment will be made to the main FIM?! Not sure when/where that is likely to be held?

Not sure what team Leicester will be tracking after Buckowski's shoulder injury last night. Poole will be missing Milik (U21s) but Craig Cook guests, I gather. Not sure about our Poles with it being a Saturday fixture, so who knows how this one will pan out?

Its also about losing the family home!! Whatever the final outcome from the FIM, Ward will likely have no family home to return to and separated parents to be in the middle of. Hardly a settled environment for anyone, least of all someone likely recovering from an op and whatever FIM punishment is dished out! (Again not excusing his actions, just saying...!)

Any official release from Poole will take into account the FIM ruling. After all its not directly a Poole matter or a BSPA matter, anymore than its a Torun or Piraterna issue!! Indirectly yes! As I've put on another thread, the Danno situation was different in that he had 'previous' with the FIM, which MAY have affected his punishment?!

Not that I'm excusing Ward, but Danno had 'previous' with the FIM, whereas Darcy doesn't as far as I'm aware, so that may not be a straight-forward comparison?!

So its ok for Tai to suggest it to suit his needs - but not Matt Ford who was berated and criticised when he proposed this 2 years ago!!?

They've already 'not condoned' his actions (Middlo). Why would MF comment further until all the facts and the official decision is confirmed? What if the fine and ban from the Latvia GP plus a 'reprimand' is deemed the only FIM punishment? MF could announce he'll drop him from this evening's EL meeting v Leicester, but not until the official announcement by FIM is made and its appropriate.

Poole are delaying naming confirming their squad!!!

I really don't understand why this is still carrying on?? Even the vast majority of devout Poole (Torun and Piraterna) fans, myself included, are agreeing he's done wrong and should be punished appropriately!! But until the FIM announce their decision its all a bit academic. No doubt when the decision is announced there will be another 30+ pages on how 'right. wrong,fair, unfair, totally ridiculous, perfectly acceptable' the decision is?!

There are at least 5 blank spaces in the poole programme scorecard tonight - just in case.........!!
